Well, I've no idea. I was just relaxing with a little late night drink, and thought it would be fun to make up a silly rhyme to use as a hint.

PK, you got it. It's the rail station in Perryville. There is a little museum of local history in the waiting area there, if I recall correctly.

Oh, you're forgiven. Was there as a child, but I didn't remember much about it. Even so, I'm sure looked a lot different then. That was a great pic.

Strange..........!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was talking to a friend today about taking here 9 years old son to Jamestown and Williamsburg. Told her I had been to Williamsburg not to Jamestown but would like to go.  I was interested in how it looked after the findings of the post holes and reconstruction of old building, plus the 3 skeletons they had dug up of maybe the orginal govenor, wife and child in lead coffin.Very  Weird.

No I got the picture off the Bannermen web site. Happen to be reading a book and in the book a scene was set on Bannermans. I looked it up to see if there really was such a place. And so forth............

Son of a gun. I came across a different view of that same place while hunting around, but the picture was too fuzzy to make out the details, so I brushed it aside.

You got it Resisto.

It has a really neat history.  Bannerman had a arsenal in NYC in the 1850's or so about  He was asked to move it out of the city and he moved it to his private island. He bought every ansenal. gun, bullets and what every that he could. Stuff

from any wars. Civil, spanish, etc, and stored them at Bannerman;s Island.

Pineknot, I must apologize but Captain Winky and Imagine already got my smoking hill picture right, but you can keep guessing if you like. Just cover their answers on the screen with a 3 x 5 card, and of course I'm always game to throw out hints:).

As for your castle, it's not the Army Corps of Engineers castle in DC by any chance, is it?
