| My guess is that it is the bottom of a rig that drills for oil off shore. Sure wouldn't want to pay S & H charges. If it's 40' high, I wonder what it weighs?

That it is. But it's a spot there with a special distinction. Its name is what I'm looking for.
From it you may not be able to see the world, but you will get to see a fair amount of the Outer Banks.

| I thought it was somewhere along 30, but couldn't pinpoint the spot. Those wires behind the building must belong to the Amtrak line that runs through Lancaster, between Philly and Harrisburg, before continuing west.
