| Just got a pm that questioned the picture. There is a dump truck on either side of the ferry (Oxford-Bellevue) dumping oyster shells as it moves along. This was the state of the art oyster seeding program back in the day.

| If you traveled on Rt. 16 west of Wal-Mart towards Taylors Island, you could not have missed this view, VERY visible, from road this past summer.
