Telling someone they NEED to do something is not a good approach. Asking them nicely is the best way to accomplish many goals. Not always. Sometimes you have to come down a little hard when they don't respond properly. Come to think of it months ago I did ask him nicely. Occassionally he acts properly which is good. However, a sad majority of his posts are noxious and do not encourage intelligent discussion.
