Just wouldn't be Newszap without taking a statement about an individual and turning it into an opportunity to swing at a strawman.

You just described the LIBERAL AGENDA Playbook! Only in the Liberal point of view it's attack the person and not the message or issue.

Yes, that's why I like literal translations.

However, for clarity, "fool" and "stupid human" deal with the human mind. Don't know if you know what I am getting at.

So... a thread was created with the sub-thread title calling Obama a eunuch.

Where is the lecture on immaturity you were so quick to give to Scrapple?

You asked for them to be pointed out - one was pointed out.

I'm sure you've seen this stunning display of immaturity, but I don't think you've ever once given him a lecture. Why? Can't respond to every thread.
My theory is that it is because your ideologies aline. Some do and some don't.

But, tell you what, to be fair, go ahead an PM me if and when someone calls Obama a fool or a stupid human. I'll be glad to speak up.

Didn't have to look too hard. One of the thread titles is subheaded "What will the eunuch from Washington do now?" Gonna be fair and speak up? But I'm figuring that because the words "fool" or "stupid human" aren't being used, it won't count. You're pretty literal.

You're being purposefully obtuse, Pete. Scrapple obviously meant the one person who repeatedly replaces Obama's name with "osama" throughout the entire forum. This is immature, yet never once have you given him the lecture you gave Scrapple.

There are many other examples of immaturity in this forum - yet many can observe if their general ideas aline with your own, they can say whatever drivel they want.

Whats up with that?

Yeah...so far the "values" of Uhbama are...doing the same insipid things that GW was doing.

So Syria the land of muslim terrorists embrace "nothing of any redeeming values"...oh whoopie...and embraces one of their own BIG WHOOP!!

Pete, you continually turn a convenient blind eye to some of the most irresponsible, pseudo-racist, inflammatory childish nonsense some of the local sheeple blather -- like "Osama" and equating him to a terrorist, plus any other lamebrained drivel that just so happens to come from people who agree with you on certain positions that I take your lecture with laughter.

You'll find I'm rarely rude to anyone who writes as a thoughtful, reasonable adult.

Maybe he does not know how to talk to people at times but who are you to tell him what he NEEDS to do? That is not a call for you to make. Telling someone they NEED to do something is not a good approach. Asking them nicely is the best way to accomplish many goals.

Telling someone they NEED to do something is not a good approach. Asking them nicely is the best way to accomplish many goals. Not always. Sometimes you have to come down a little hard when they don't respond properly. Come to think of it months ago I did ask him nicely. Occassionally he acts properly which is good. However, a sad majority of his posts are noxious and do not encourage intelligent discussion.
