It was written long ago, Fool's and their money will soon part. Instead of them WITH ALL THIS MONEY should of built a bowling ally,movie theatre. Instead they build condo's. hahahaha too funny!!!
Has anyone taken notice to the very low sales price of these units in which the builder is in bankrupty?
The bulding is in disrepair and will require all of the owners, collectively, to pay for repairs, maintance, insurance, whatever other building costs there are or will be. What about the pool? Is it operational? Are condo fees being paid, collected and disbured to vendors? These are issues that ultimatley fall to the unit owners.
One has to think that a good investment opportunity may quickly yield way to an unexpected expense.
