Cheers to the organizers and supporters of the Fairmount Academy 1800’s Festival. This festival goes back to the simple times when lemonade was served instead of alcohol, history was recognized as our foundation rather than being torn down to be replaced with malls and high rises, and children and adults alike have the opportunity to sit in classrooms where the morning’s agenda consisted of the reciting of the Lord’s Prayer, the 23rd Psalms, the Pledge of Allegiance, and the singing of America the Beautiful. Kudos to the organizers for allowing us to remember where we have come from.
The revamped flower planters look great! They add much to Crisfield's downtown area. Thanks for your hard work!
JEERS!!
Many people have also worked hard to beautify the entrance of Crisfield. Thanks to them also. But could the local police cars please stop parking on the median there? You are making tracks and killing the grass!
