I don't see the ugly yellow building right at City Dock.  This is an eyesore right where boats come in, events are held and cruise ships come to port with their passengers.  What an ugly building for them to see as a 1st impression.  It is vacant and in disrepair.  The ugly chain-link fence just adds to the mess.  Fix it up or tear it down.  This buidling should be on the list too.

So it looks like it takes about a year from notice to demolition.  How long after the year to demolish it, does it take to remove the debris?
