In these days of want and woes your mayor and most of his  council people that are what ( scared of  him?), has turned turned a proposal for the Housing authority to give the your city more money for their water and sewer then they were asking for.

I thought the city needed money. They just raised everybody else's rates. The Housing Authority was also going to purchase all water meter, and programs for reading these water meters, Some are already there. The City is planning to install these meters in the rest of the City, And the Housing Authority was willing to pay for the equipment to read these, a large saving for the City I'm sure. Plus pay for all the meters to be install in the Housing Authority. This would run close to a Million Dollars. As I understand it , the renovations to Housing Authority are going to take place any way. THEN YOU , THE City Tax Payers CAN PAY FOR THE DIFFERENCE WHEN THEY INSTALL WATER METERS ALL OVER TOWN. Sounds like a no win for the tax payers, who are burdened enough. Want in the He double hockey sticks is going on here?
