Dear SomeInsight, thank you for the insight into your problem. I fully understand, but I do stand by my opinion... that there is a sign shop in Crisfield (Paintin Place), and if you need a sign, get a real one that matches the rest of the property...

| Judging from the way people litter carelessly,I can only imagine what kinds of mess they leave behind when they fish on that property

| The police cannot do anything about tresspassers without the signs being posted. Maybe if people were not causing damage and leaving trash behind, the condo owners would not object to people fishing or crabbing off the bulkhead. The owners are tired of paying for the damage and trash cleanup caused by others. The signs have stopped a few but some ignore the signs anyway. Some of the owners are hesitant to approach people because some have gotten really rude and beligerant when questioned about their being on the property. Before cutting on the signs that were put up, ask why the need for them in the first place. The owners are not picking on "locals" or trying to make a statement that they don't like them or want them around. This is simply another case of a few inconsiderate people have ruined it for the rest.

| WHO WANTS TO GO THERE ANYWAY??? THEY ARE FALLING APART. TAKE SOMEONE THERE THAT KNOWS ABOUT BUILDINGS AND THEY CAN POINT OUT ALL KINDS OF PROBLEMS. YOU MIGHT GET HURT FROM FALLING PARTS. AS FOR THE DOGS, I THINK ITS REALLY IGNORANT TO WALK THE DOG ON A NEIGHBORS PROPERTY TO LET THEM USE THE BATHROOM.

Would the person or persons who placed a dollar store "No Trespassing" sign at the entrance to Tangier Sound Condos please remove it as soon as possible?
Us Rednecks know whether or not we bought a condo.
Down here we normally put a sign up if we hunt on our undeveloped property. We don't want nobody wandering onto our land with their pedigree dog during deer or duck hunting season!
If you are having a problem with strangers trespassing on your property. Buy a good goose-gun, or a decent deer rifle, but make sure you know what you're doing with'em before you point at anybody.
If you must have your precious little sign which identifies the property as yours, there's a very good sign shop in our town on Hudson Street. It's called Paintin Place!
No pun intended...
