Crohn’s & Colitis Support Group
The Northwest Valley’s support group for patients, family, and friends who are dealing with the challenges of Crohn’s Disease, Colitis, or other IBD related illnesses.
This Support Group is open to all interested people and is co-sponsored by The Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation of America and Arrowhead Hospital.
Our intention is to provide:
- Emotional Support
- Education
- Resources
This support group will meet on the 4th Wednesday, May 28, 2008, from 7:00 to 9:00 pm. The Wellness Connection is located on the campus of Arrowhead Hospital at 6670 W. Sack Dr., under the blue awning. There is no cost to attend, but registration is required.
The Wellness Connection is dedicated to helping the members of the
surrounding communities to maintain a healthy lifestyle through education. For more information about this program or to register, call (623) 572-4542.

Guest Relations Volunteers Needed
Do you enjoy talking with people? Helping people? Knowing that people depend on you? Then you might be exactly the volunteer Arrowhead Hospital is looking for! Volunteers are needed to welcome and escort patients and visitors throughout our new and expanded facility by staffing guest relations desks. Volunteers are asked to commit to one four-hour shift each week for a minimum of six months.
