Info on Karen Williams, 66, who had a sudden collapse, due to a heart attack, on the dance floor 3 weeks ago.  CPR was given until the paramedics arrived.   Her heart stopped, she stopped breathing, and was put on a life support machine for four days.   She said the main reason she's here is because God isn't finished with her yet.   AMEN.   Karen Williams is now out of the hospital and currently at The Citadel (she also had two operations on her leg due to problems with the iv the medics put in her leg).   She will be there about a week or so, then back home soon.   She will be back dancing with us shortly.   After her heart attack, tests showed her arteries are better than her doctors, so they put a "chip" next to her heart, and if further attacks occur, the chip will send a rhythmic pulse that will get it going again.  Her dad had a similar heart attack at 48, but unfortunately, no one did CPR on him.    If Karen would have been home, driving, or any place that didn't perform CPR, she would not be here right now.   Aren't we all grateful for our health.    ONLY TWO MORE.... FRIDAY COUNTRY NIGHT DANCES.   Oct 23;   3-Speed Oct 30;   Desert Drifters.   PLEASE WEAR HALLOWEEN COSTUMES ON OCTOBER 30TH AND 31ST.    WE WILL HAVE A LITTLE COSTUME CONTEST ORGANIZED BY DENNIS AND KAYE MURRAY.   DON'T BE TOOOOO SPOOOOKY.    BALLROOM 2009 - SATURDAY - SCHEDULE: Oct 24;   Rich Howard Orchestra Oct 31;    Let's Dance Band Nov 7;    Myron Sommerfeld Band Nov 14;   Danny Kealey Orchestra Nov 21;   Rich Howard Orchestra Nov 28   Myron Sommerfeld Band Dec 5;    Having Fun Orchestra (12 pieces) Dec 12    Rich Howard Orchestra     PARKING.....During the winter months, it gets quite busy and parking is always an issue.   We have a few dancers that get to the dance a little late and can't find a parking place so they park on Quinn Street in the "no parking" areas (even painted red curbs) areas.  Please do not block any street entrances on Quinn Street as the emergency vehicles will not be able to access Barclays.   After Greenfield Guards announce all in-park parking is full (you wouldn't believe that some people quarrel with the guards), you may park just West of Quinn St. (East of Wendy's) in the shopping center parking area and have a wonderful leisurly walk to Greenfield.        WOW - Our 50-50 CHARITY raffle has now exceeded $16,900.    We wish to make $20,000 by April 30th.   Thank you for coming to the dances.....regardless of who's playing.   We hire the best bands available, so come on down every weekend.   We really appreciate the support you provide.       NOTE:  The dance floor has be refinished, please use extra caution when dancing as the floor can be slippery in spots.   BONUS TIME:  If you want to check out one of the coolest screen-saver, go to http://www.electricsheep.org.  You'll be glad you did.  (Now, show me something really cool....)    Thank you & Happy Dancing JOHN & JACQUIE KLAMM JOHNE's CABARET DANCES LLC. 480-844-8745 (after 11am please. ...please....I'm retired!)
