(Late July Reports)
On 07/24/07 at about 8:30 am a building management employee reported that persons unknown had smashed several windows in a business building complex located in the 20200 block of Ocotillo Road.
On 07/27/08 at about 4:00 am Deputies arrested a 29 year-old man for Domestic Violence Assault, Criminal Damage and other violations after investigation determined that the man had assaulted a 27 year-old woman and a 24 year-old Florence man during an argument while in the 21100 block of Tierra Grande Boulevard.
On 07/27/08 at about 5:00 am a complainant in the 23600 block of 219th Court reported that persons unknown damaged two vehicles by spray painting them and smashing windows while parked in the driveway.
On 07/27/08 at about 10:00 am a complainant in the 20200 block of Appaloosa Drive reported that persons unknown stole their blue color 2001 Ford ½ ton pick-up truck from their driveway.
On 07/27/08 at about 5:00 pm a construction company employee reported that persons unknown smashed an arcadia door and damaged a ceiling light fixture in an unsuccessful effort to remove it from a home under construction in the 24500 block of 195th Way.
On 07/27/08 at about 11:12 pm a complainant in the 21700 block of Rosa Road reported that a known person damaged their vehicle while parked in their driveway without provocation.
On 07/29/08 at about 1:30 pm a security employee of the Wal-Mart located in the 2100 block of Rittenhouse Road reported that an unidentified woman assaulted him as she fled from the store without paying for merchandise. The employee did not require medical attention.
On 07/29/08 at about 2:30 pm Deputies charged a 34 year-old man for Driving Suspended and other violations incidental to a traffic stop in the vicinity of Power Road and Village Parkway. The vehicle was towed and impound for 30 days.
On 07/31/08 at about 8:20 pm Deputies charged a 21 year-old man with Criminal Littering after being observed throwing a lit cigarette from his moving vehicle while in the vicinity of Power and Riggs Roads. The violator in this faces a minimum fine of $250.00.

On 08/01/08 at about 2:30 am Deputies responded to a report of alarm activation and discovered that persons unknown had forced entry into a business located in the 19300 block of Germann Road. It was determined that the suspects had taken power tools and other property.
On 08/01/08 at about 4:15 am a complainant in the 19600 block of Arrowhead Trail reported that persons unknown gained entry and ransacked two family vehicles while parked in the driveway
On 08/02/08 at about 9:30 am a complainant in the 19300 block of Avenida Del Valle reported that persons unknown caused more than $1,000.00 in damage to their driveway by placing waste materials that caused discoloration.
On 08/01/08 at about 10:30 pm Deputies arrested a 22 year-old Mesa man after investigation determined that he had fled the scene of a fatal traffic collision that occurred in the vicinity of Rittenhouse and Ellsworth Roads. Deputies apprehended the man a short time later after finding him hiding in the area. The collision occurred when a vehicle containing a family of three was stopped at the intersection while westbound on Rittenhouse Road at Ellsworth Road.
The suspect vehicle failed to stop while traveling in the same direction and collided into the rear of the family’s SUV. A 22 year-old woman who was a passenger in the SUV was several months pregnant at the time. The woman was airlifted to a valley hospital for treatment and observation of her injuries due to the pregnancy. A 45 year-old man who was the driver of the SUV and a 4 year-old passenger were transported to local hospitals for treatment and observation of their injuries.
Investigation determined that the 22 year-old Mesa man who was responsible for the collision had been driving on a suspended license as a result of a prior DUI conviction. The man showed no signs of injury and was booked into the 4th Avenue Jail on charges of Leaving the Scene of an Injury Collision, Aggravated DUI, Aggravated Assault and other felony charges.
On 08/01/08 at about 10:45 am a complainant in the 19300 block of Reins Road reported that persons unknown entered their vehicle while parked in the driveway and removed keys and other property.
On 08/02/08 at about 7:00 am a complainant in the 21200 block of Empire Boulevard reported that persons unknown gained entry into their vehicle while parked in the driveway and removed a GPS Unit and other property.
On 08/02/08 at about 2:30 pm Deputies charged a 24 year-old woman with Theft after investigation determined that the woman had shoplifted from the Kohl’s Department Store located in the 21000 Block of Ellsworth Loop Road.
On 08/03/08 at about 2:00 am Deputies charged a 37 year-old man with DUI and other charges incidental to a traffic stop in the vicinity of Ellsworth and Germann Roads.
The vehicle was towed and impounded for 30 days.
On 08/03/08 at about 1:50 pm a complainant in the 21100 block of Stirrup Street reported that persons unknown gained entry into their residence during their absence and removed electronic gaming systems , jewelry and other property
On 08/03/08 at about 11:00 pm Deputies arrested a 26 year-old man and charged him with Assault, Criminal Damage and Disorderly Conduct after investigation determined that the man had struck his 28 year-old girlfriend and damaged property while in the 22200 block of 208th Street.
On 08/03/08 at about 11:25 pm Deputies charged a 42 year-old woman for Driving Suspended and other violations incidental to a traffic stop in the vicinity of Empire and Crismon Roads. The woman’s vehicle was towed and impounded for 30 days.
On 08/04/08 at about 4:20 am a complainant in the 21700 block of 184th Place reported that persons unknown stole their gray color 2006 Nissan Armada SUV from where it had been parked in their driveway...
On 08/04/08 at about 11:30 am a complainant reported that an unknown person who advised them that he was calling from New York attempted to defraud them by requesting they send him “up front” money so that they can collect a seven million dollar prize check. The suspect’s telephone number proved to be unreachable.
On 08/04/08 at about 2:00 pm a complainant in the 19600 block of Silver Creek Drive reported that persons unknown stole their white color 2006 Hummer from their driveway.
On 04/08/08 at about 9:45 pm a complainant in the 21700 block of 184th Place reported that persons unknown stole their gray color 2006 Nissan Armada from their driveway.
On 08/04/08 at about 3:45 pm a Town of Queen Creek employee reported that persons unknown removed a solar panel valued at about $1,000.00 from a portable road sign while parked in the vicinity of Ellsworth and Germann Roads.
On 08/04/08 at about 5:45 pm a complainant reported that persons unknown removed their wallet during the time they had been shopping in a store located in the vicinity of Rittenhouse and Ellsworth Loop Roads. The suspect then used the victim’s credit cards and made unauthorized purchases at other stores.
On 08/04/08 at about 7:00pm a complainant in the 19700 block of Emperor Road reported that persons unknown gained entry into their vehicle and removed electronic devices while parked in the driveway.
On 08/06/08 at about 4:00 pm Deputies arrested a 12 year-old Juvenile after investigation determined that the youth displayed a loaded firearm while on a Middle School campus in the 20400 block of Ellsworth Road. Further investigation led to the arrest of a 39 year-old man who proved to be the possessor of the firearm. The man is facing multiple charges for the violation.
On 08/07/08 at about 3:10 pm Deputies charged a 35 year-old Mohave Valley, Arizona man with Driving Suspended and other violations incidental to a traffic stop in the vicinity of Ellsworth Loop and Rittenhouse Roads. The man’s vehicle was impounded for 30 days.
On 08/07/08 at about 11:15 pm a video store employee in the 23700 block of Power Road reported that and unidentified man entered the store and fled with video equipment valued at more than $600.00.
On 08/08/08 at about 3:15 pm a construction company employee reported that persons unknown entered a residence under construction in the 21800 block of Via De Olivos and removed a kitchen range valued at more than $700.00.
On 08/09/08 at about 8:30 am a complainant in the 21200 block of Terra Grande reported that persons unknown smashed their vehicle windows while parked in the driveway.
On 08/09/08 at about 1:30 pm a Gilbert man reported that while in the 20300 block of Camina Plata, his estranged wife damaged his vehicle by scratching the paint and poured sugar into the gas tank, subsequent to a disagreement over their fading relationship.
On 08/09/08 at about 4:00 pm a complainant in the 19200 block of Cloud Road reported that person’s unknown entered their fenced yard and stole their green color 2003 Yamaha Big Bear 400 ATV.
On 08/09/08 at about 5:00 pm a farm employee reported that persons unknown entered their fenced property located in the 20800 block of Ellsworth Road and removed several steel beams valued at more than $3,600.00.
On 08/09/08 at about 6:00 pm a complainant reported that persons unknown removed a deep well irrigation pump from where it had been entrenched in a fenced area in the 21600 block of Hawes Road.
On 08/09/08 at about 9:00 pm Deputies arrested a 25 year-old man for Possession of Dangerous Drugs, Resisting Arrest and Aggravated Assault upon a Police Officer incidental to a traffic violation stop while in the vicinity of Sundance Drive and Peace Pipe Place.
On 08/10/08 at about 4:30 am Deputies arrested an 18 year-old man for Carrying a Concealed Weapon incidental to a traffic violation stop in the vicinity of Ellsworth Loop and Ocotillo Roads.
On 08/12/08 at about 1:00 am Deputies charged a 19 year-old Chandler woman and a 19 year-old Tempe woman with alcohol related violations incidental to a traffic stop in the vicinity of Ellsworth Loop and Ocotillo Roads.
On 08/12/08 at about 11:00 am a complainant in the 19300 block of Canary Way reported that persons unknown gained entry into their vehicle while parked in the driveway and removed an amplifier and speakers valued at more than $2,000.00.
On 08/12/08 at about 12:45 pm a security employee of a Wal-Mart Store located in the 21000 block of Rittenhouse Road reported that at about 10:00 pm on 08/05/08, an unidentified suspect gathered video equipment in preparation to remove it from the store without paying. The suspect also attempted to, but was unsuccessful in gaining entry into a locked cash register. The suspect fled without taking anything.
On 08/13/08 at about 2:20 pm Sheriff’s Detectives arrested and booked a 15 year-old Juvenile into the Southeast Juvenile Detention Center after investigation determined that she had assaulted an 11-year-old Juvenile while in the vicinity of Village Loop Road South and 223rd Street. The victim was treated at a local hospital for treatment of facial injuries received from the0 assault.
On 08/13/08 at about 9:50 pm Deputies arrested a 21 year-old man for Possession of a large quantity of Marijuana For Sale and other charges incidental to a traffic stop while in the vicinity of Wild Horse and Dove Roost Drives.
On 08/15/08 at about 7:45 am Deputies arrested a 19 year-old man for Criminal Trespass after it was determined that he refused to leave private property located in the 21800 block of Ellsworth Road.
On 08/16/08 at about 3:10 pm Deputies arrested a 40 year-old man for Assault and other charges after investigation determined that he had assaulted his wife and another family member during an argument while in the 19900 block of Reins Road.
Deputies investigated a total of 19 traffic collisions this period.

On 06/27/08 at about 6:30 am Deputies charged a 19 year-old Cave Creek woman with Assault after investigation determined that the woman had assaulted her boyfriend during an argument while in the 18800 block of Canary Way. The man who refused treatment at the time had been kicked and bitten by the angry woman.
On 06/28/08 at about 10:30 am a complainant in the 20400 block of Ocotillo Road reported that persons unknown entered their unlocked residence during their absence and removed food and an undisclosed amount of cash.
On 06/29/08 at about 2:00 am Deputies arrested an 18 year-old man after observing him siphoning gasoline from a vehicle while parked in the vicinity of Empire Boulevard and Gary Road. The man was followed after being observed acting suspiciously while within Town limits.
On 06/29/08 at about 8:00 am a complainant in the 20200 block of Via De Colina reported that persons unknown gained entry into their vehicle while parked in the driveway and removed the in-dash stereo system and other components valued at more than $2,500.00.
On 06/29/08 at about 9:30 pm Deputies charged a 57 year-old man with Extreme DUI and other violations incidental to a traffic stop in the vicinity of San Tan and Power Roads.
On 06/30/08 at about 6:00 am a complainant in the 19900 block of Mayberry Road reported that person’s unknown gained entry into their unsecured residence during their absence, obtained keys and stole a family vehicle described as a silver color 2003 Toyota Highlander SUV.
On 06/30/08 at about 2:30 pm a complainant in the 22300 block of Via Del Palo reported that persons unknown entered their unlocked vehicle while parked in the driveway and removed a satellite radio valued at about $300.00.
On 07/01/08 at about 4:50 am a complainant in the 21700 block of Escalante Road reported that persons unknown gained entry into their vehicle while parked in the driveway and removed a laptop computer valued at more than $1500.00.
On 07/01/08 at about 9:00 am a real estate employee reported that persons unknown gained entry into a vacant home in the 21900 block of Creosote Court and caused an extensive amount of damage by smashing windows and trashing interior walls.
On 07/01/08 at about 10:00 pm a complainant in the 22100 block of Via Del Palo reported that persons unknown gained entry into their vehicle while parked in the driveway and removed electronic sound equipment valued at more than $800.00.
On 07/01/08 at about 10:15 pm Deputies who were patrolling a community park in the vicinity of 196th Street and Sonoqui Circle observed and arrested two 17 year-old Juveniles for Possession of Marijuana and other drug related charges.
On 07/02/08 at about 4:20 am Deputies charged a 24 year-old man with Driving Suspended and other violations incidental to a traffic stop in the vicinity of Ellsworth and Germann Roads. The man’s vehicle was towed and impounded for 30 days.
On 07/02/08 about 6:00 am a construction company employee reported that persons unknown gained entry into a base yard in the 24900 block of Sossaman Road and removed generators and other property valued at more than $13,000.00.
On 07/05/08 at about 1:30 am Deputies charged a 28 year-old man with DUI and other violations incidental to a traffic stop in the vicinity of Ocotillo and Ellsworth Loop Roads.
On 07/05/08 at about 9:00 am a complainant in the 18500 block of Via De Arboles reported that persons unknown entered their barn during their absence and removed tools valued at more than $600.00.
On 07/06/08 at about 12:15 am Deputies charged a 21 year-old man with Driving Suspended and other violations incidental to a traffic stop in the vicinity of Sossaman and San Tan Roads. The vehicle was towed and impounded for 30 days.
On 07/06/08 at about 2:00 am Deputies responded to the 22100 block of Ocotillo Road where they discovered that a 17 year-old Juvenile had been stabbed. The victim was airlifted to a Valley Hospital for treatment of life threatening injuries. Witnesses led Deputies to a 17 year-old Pinal County Juvenile as suspect. Investigation is continuing.
On 07/06/08 at about 11:40 am Deputies charged a 35 year-old man and his 38 year-old wife wit Illegal Dumping and Criminal Littering after observing them dump a considerable amount of trash in the vicinity of Empire and Signal Butte Roads.
On 07/06/08 at about 1:00 pm a complainant reported that an unknown man smashed a window of his vehicle while stopped at the intersection of Ocotillo and Ellsworth Roads. The complainant and the unidentified suspect had been involved in a road rage argument at the time.
On 07/06/08 at about 4:50 pm Deputies charged a 25 year-old man with Criminal Speed and other violations as a result of his traveling more than twice the posted speed limit while in the vicinity of Empire and Signal Butte Roads.
On 07/07/08 at about 8:00 am a complainant in the 18900 block of Via De Arboles reported that they suspect that persons unknown entered their horse stables during their absence and caused injury to one of their horses.
On 07/07/08 at about 12:00 am, Deputies charged a 15 year-old Gilbert Youth for Contributory Delinquency, Theft and other criminal charges after investigation determined that the Juvenile was under the influence of alcohol and had shoplifted while at the Basha’s Grocery Store located in the 23700 block of Power Road.
On 07/09/08 at about 11:00 pm Deputies charged two Juveniles 16 and 17 years of age with Minors in Consumption of Alcohol and other violations incidental to a traffic stop while in the vicinity of 185th Place and Queen Creek Road.
On 07/10/08 at about 9:00 pm Deputies charged a 27 year-old man with Driving Suspended and other violations while in the vicinity of Power and Queen Creek Roads. The vehicle was towed and impounded for 30 days.
On 07/10/08 at about 10:30 pm Deputies charged a 38 year-old man with DUI and other violations incidental to a traffic stop in the vicinity of Rittenhouse and Ocotillo Roads.
On 07/11/08 at about 4:30 pm Deputies arrested two 17 years-old Juveniles on charges of Theft, Possession of Burglary Tools and other crimes after investigation determined that the Juveniles had gained entry into a secured area of the Circuit City Store located in the 21000 block of Ellsworth Loop Road and removed electronics.
On 07/13/08 at about 9:40 am an employee reported that person’s unknown gained entry into the Auto Parts store located in the 22000 block of Ellsworth Road sometime during the nighttime hours and removed an undisclosed amount of cash.
On 07/13/08 at about 7:00 pm an employee reported that persons unknown stole a white color 2001 EZ GO golf cart from where it had been parked at the Los Colinas Golf Course located in the 21500 block of Village Loop Road North.
On 07/14/08 at about 6:00 am a complainant in the 19300 block of Arrowhead Trail reported that persons unknown gained entry into their vehicle while parked in the driveway and removed a GPS device and other electronics.
On 07/14/08 at about 7:00 am Deputies arrested a 23 year-old Mesa woman for Aggravated Assault after investigation determined that the woman deliberately collided into a woman’s vehicle while in the vicinity of Ellsworth and Ocotillo Roads. The suspect had fled the scene at the time and later located by Deputies in the vicinity of 6th Avenue and Dobson Road, Mesa. The woman admitted to the intentional crash as an act of jealous rage. The 23 year-old victim who suffered minor injuries from the crash proved to be the new girlfriend of the Suspects ex-boyfriend.
On 07/15/08 at about 6:45 am a construction company employee reported that persons unknown gained entry into two homes under construction in the 21000 block of Stonecrest Street and removed copper materials valued at more than $5000.00.
On 07/15/08 at about 2:00 pm a complainant in the 18600 block of Reins Road reported that persons unknown gained entry into their vehicle while parked in the driveway and removed a video camera and other electronics.
On 07/15/08 at about 5:30 pm Deputies charged a 52 year-old woman with Extreme DUI and other violations incidental to a traffic stop in the vicinity of Power and Chandler Heights Roads.
On 07/16/08 at about 2:00 am Deputies charged an 18 year-old Mesa man and two 18 year-old Queen Creek men with Theft and other charges after investigation incidental to a traffic violation stop determined that the three had stolen bottles of alcohol from the Wal-Mart Store located in the 21000 block of Rittenhouse Road.
On 07/16/08 at about 6:30 am an employee reported that sometime during the nighttime person’s unknown forced entry into storage trailer 1n the 18700 block of Business Park Drive and fled prior to removing any property.
On 07/17/08 at about 12:15 am Deputies charged a 30 year-old man with DUI and other violations incidental to a traffic stop in the vicinity of Power Road and Via Del Oro.
On 07/17/08 at about 12:45 am a complainant in the 22000 block of Via De Palo reported that persons unknown stole their blue color 2007 Honda Accord from where it had been parked in the driveway.
On 07/17/08 at about 6:00 am a construction company employee reported that person’s unknown removed the batteries from a water truck while parked in the vicinity of Ellsworth and Chandler Heights Roads.
On 07/17/08 at about 6:20 am a complainant in the 19000 block of Cattle Drive reported that persons unknown smashed the rear window of their vehicle while parked in the driveway.
On 07/17/08 at about 6:50 pm Deputies charged two Phoenix Men ages 30 and 32, for Open Alcohol Container violations and other charges incidental to being stopped for running road closure barricades in the vicinity of Hawes and Chandler Heights Roads. The men’s vehicle was towed and impounded.
On 07/17/08 at about 7:40 pm a complainant in the 21200 block of 187th Way reported that previous renters caused extensive damage to the residence. Investigation led to Criminal Damage charges against five persons whose ages range from 23 to 25 years of age.
On 07/17/08 at about 9:00 pm Deputies arrested a 25 year-old man for Failure and Refusal to Provide Identification incidental to a traffic violation stop while in the 21200 block of 187th Way. A handgun was found in the man’s possession at the time warranting further investigation.
On 07/18/08 at about 10:00 am a complainant in the 21200 block of Lords Way reported that persons unknown gained entry into their residence sometime between 06/28/08 and 07/01/08 during their absence and removed power tools, jewelry and other property.
On 07/18/08 at about 11:00 am a complainant in the 19100 block of Oriole Way reported that persons unknown forced entry into their vehicle while parked in the driveway and removed the in-dash stereo unit and other components all valued at more than $7,000.00.
On 07/19/08 at about 5:00 am a complainant reported that persons unknown did an extensive amount of graffiti over a block wall and water tower located in the vicinity of Hawes and Chandler Heights Roads.
On 07/19/08 at about 1:15 pm Deputies arrested a 37 year-old man for Domestic Violence Assault and other charges as a result of his involvement in a family dispute
while in the 21400 block of Pummelos Road.
On 07/19/08 at about 11:30 pm a complainant in the 21900 block of Via Del Oro reported that a known person had entered their residence during their absence and tampered with their computer. Investigation is continuing.
On 07/19/08 at about 3:00 pm Deputies charged a 16 year-old Juvenile with Theft after investigation determined that the Youth had shoplifted alcoholic beverages from the Safeway Store located in the 18400 block of Queen Creek Road.
On 07/20/08 at about 12:00 noon a complainant in the 21800 block of 185th Street reported that persons unknown entered their unlocked vehicle while parked in the driveway and removed a briefcase and laptop computer valued at more than $700.00.
On 07/21/08 at about 4:00 am a construction company employee reported that persons unknown stole a white color 1988 flat bed trailer from a construction site located in the 24900 block of Sossaman Road.
On 07/21/08 at about 12:30 am Deputies arrested a 43 year-old man and his 43 year-old wife who were charged with Domestic Violence Assault and Criminal Damage as a result of an argument that got out of hand while in the 22600 block of 194th Place.
On 07/21/08 at about 2:00 am Deputies arrested a 27 year-old Phoenix man for Refusal to Provide Identification, Possession of Drugs and Paraphernalia and several other violations incidental to a traffic violation stop while in the vicinity of Ellsworth and Ocotillo Roads. A 24 year-old Phoenix man who was a passenger in the vehicle was issued a citation for False Information and released pending a court appearance date.
On 07/21/08 at about 5:50 pm Deputies charged a 42 year-old man for Driving Suspended and other violations incidental to a traffic stop in the vicinity of Ellsworth and Chandler Heights Roads. The man’s vehicle was towed and impounded for 30 days.
On 07/22/08 at about 12:50 am Deputies charged a 31 year-old woman with DUI and other violations incidental to a traffic stop in the vicinity of Rittenhouse and Village Loop Road South.
On 07/22/08 at about 0720 hours Deputies and Queen Creek Fire responded to a report of an injured person in the vicinity of Ocotillo and Rittenhouse Roads. On their arrival it was discovered that a 44 year-old construction worker severed his left arm after it was pulled into a commercial concrete conveyor while he was in the process of cleaning it. The man was treated at the scene and then transported by air ambulance to a valley trauma hospital for further treatment and observation. The man’s identity was not released and until such time relatives are notified.
On 07/22/08 at about 2:00 pm Deputies responded to the 2700 block of Gold Dust Avenue and arrested a 33 year-old man after it was determined that he was wanted by the State of California on a Fugitive of Justice Warrant for Violation of Parole.
On 07/23/08 at about 10:00 am a complainant in the 19700 block of Carriage Way reported that sometime during the nighttime persons unknown siphoned the fuel from their vehicle while parked in the driveway.
On 07/23/08 at about 12:20 pm a complainant reported that a previous renter had caused several thousands of dollars in damage to the rental home in the 21400 block of Via Del Oro. It was determined that the residence had been used as a Human Trafficking Drop House without the owner’s knowledge or permission. Investigation is continuing.
On 07/24/08 at about 9:30 am a water irrigation company employee reported that persons unknown gained entry into a fenced area in the 19600 block of Cloud Road and stole a brown and tan color 1977 Ford pick-up truck.
On 07/24/08 at about 12:30 pm Deputies arrested an 18 year-old man for False Info to Police, Misconduct Involving Weapons and other charges incidental to a traffic stop while in the vicinity of Sossaman Road and Hunt Highway. The man’s vehicle was impounded in addition to the arrest.
On 07/25/08 at about 4:45 am Deputies responded to a report of a suspicious person in the vicinity of 188th Street and Old Beau Trail. A 19 year-old man was arrested after investigation determined that the man had broken into vehicles in the area.
On 07/26/08 at about 10:00 am a complainant in the 19000 block of Kingbird Drive reported that persons unknown forced entry into their vehicle while parked in the driveway and removed property.
On 07/26/08 at about 9:45 pm the owner of a vacant home located in the 21800 block of Sossaman Road reported that person’s unknown did extensive damage with graffiti on both the interior and exterior of the residence.
On 07/26/08 at about 12:00 noon a complainant in the 22200 block of Via Del Rancho reported that persons unknown forced entry into their vehicle while parked in the driveway and damaged the in-dash stereo system in an unsuccessful attempt to remove it.
On 07/27/08 at about 1:00 am Deputies arrested a 20 year-old man and charged him with Extreme DUI and other violations incidental to a traffic stop in the vicinity of Ellsworth and Chandler Heights Roads.
On 07/27/08 at about 5:30 am a complainant in the 19700 block of Via De Arboles reported that persons unknown gained entry into their vehicle while parked in the driveway and removed the DVD system and other electronics valued at more than $4,000.00.
On 07/27/08 at about 1:30 am a complainant in the 19400 block of Arrowhead Drive reported that persons unknown were heard making noises in the front of their residence. The complainant investigated and discovered that the suspects had destroyed several solar lamps that had been mounted in the landscaping.
On 07/28/08 at about 2:00 am Deputies arrested a 27 year-old Mesa man for Possession of Marijuana For Sale, Resisting Arrest and other felony charges incidental to a traffic violation stop in the vicinity of Chandler Heights Road and 203rd Street.
On 07/30/08 at about 12:20 am Deputies charged a 27 year-old man for Driving While Revoked and other violations. The vehicle was impounded.

On 06/27/08 at about 6:30 am Deputies charged a 19 year-old Cave Creek woman with Assault after investigation determined that the woman had assaulted her boyfriend during an argument while in the 18800 block of Canary Way. The man who refused treatment at the time had been kicked and bitten by the angry woman.
On 06/28/08 at about 10:30 am a complainant in the 20400 block of Ocotillo Road reported that persons unknown entered their unlocked residence during their absence and removed food and an undisclosed amount of cash.
On 06/29/08 at about 2:00 am Deputies arrested an 18 year-old man after observing him siphoning gasoline from a vehicle while parked in the vicinity of Empire Boulevard and Gary Road. The man was followed after being observed acting suspiciously while within Town limits.
On 06/29/08 at about 8:00 am a complainant in the 20200 block of Via De Colina reported that persons unknown gained entry into their vehicle while parked in the driveway and removed the in-dash stereo system and other components valued at more than $2,500.00.
On 06/29/08 at about 9:30 pm Deputies charged a 57 year-old man with Extreme DUI and other violations incidental to a traffic stop in the vicinity of San Tan and Power Roads.
On 06/30/08 at about 6:00 am a complainant in the 19900 block of Mayberry Road reported that person’s unknown gained entry into their unsecured residence during their absence, obtained keys and stole a family vehicle described as a silver color 2003 Toyota Highlander SUV.
On 06/30/08 at about 2:30 pm a complainant in the 22300 block of Via Del Palo reported that persons unknown entered their unlocked vehicle while parked in the driveway and removed a satellite radio valued at about $300.00.
On 07/01/08 at about 4:50 am a complainant in the 21700 block of Escalante Road reported that persons unknown gained entry into their vehicle while parked in the driveway and removed a laptop computer valued at more than $1500.00.
On 07/01/08 at about 9:00 am a real estate employee reported that persons unknown gained entry into a vacant home in the 21900 block of Creosote Court and caused an extensive amount of damage by smashing windows and trashing interior walls.
On 07/01/08 at about 10:00 pm a complainant in the 22100 block of Via Del Palo reported that persons unknown gained entry into their vehicle while parked in the driveway and removed electronic sound equipment valued at more than $800.00.
On 07/01/08 at about 10:15 pm Deputies who were patrolling a community park in the vicinity of 196th Street and Sonoqui Circle observed and arrested two 17 year-old Juveniles for Possession of Marijuana and other drug related charges.
On 07/02/08 at about 4:20 am Deputies charged a 24 year-old man with Driving Suspended and other violations incidental to a traffic stop in the vicinity of Ellsworth and Germann Roads. The man’s vehicle was towed and impounded for 30 days.
On 07/02/08 about 6:00 am a construction company employee reported that persons unknown gained entry into a base yard in the 24900 block of Sossaman Road and removed generators and other property valued at more than $13,000.00.
On 07/05/08 at about 1:30 am Deputies charged a 28 year-old man with DUI and other violations incidental to a traffic stop in the vicinity of Ocotillo and Ellsworth Loop Roads.
On 07/05/08 at about 9:00 am a complainant in the 18500 block of Via De Arboles reported that persons unknown entered their barn during their absence and removed tools valued at more than $600.00.
On 07/06/08 at about 12:15 am Deputies charged a 21 year-old man with Driving Suspended and other violations incidental to a traffic stop in the vicinity of Sossaman and San Tan Roads. The vehicle was towed and impounded for 30 days.
On 07/06/08 at about 2:00 am Deputies responded to the 22100 block of Ocotillo Road where they discovered that a 17 year-old Juvenile had been stabbed. The victim was airlifted to a Valley Hospital for treatment of life threatening injuries. Witnesses led Deputies to a 17 year-old Pinal County Juvenile as suspect. Investigation is continuing.
On 07/06/08 at about 11:40 am Deputies charged a 35 year-old man and his 38 year-old wife wit Illegal Dumping and Criminal Littering after observing them dump a considerable amount of trash in the vicinity of Empire and Signal Butte Roads.
On 07/06/08 at about 1:00 pm a complainant reported that an unknown man smashed a window of his vehicle while stopped at the intersection of Ocotillo and Ellsworth Roads. The complainant and the unidentified suspect had been involved in a road rage argument at the time.
On 07/06/08 at about 4:50 pm Deputies charged a 25 year-old man with Criminal Speed and other violations as a result of his traveling more than twice the posted speed limit while in the vicinity of Empire and Signal Butte Roads.

On 05/31/08 at about Deputies arrested a 15 year-old Juvenile after investigation determined that she had assaulted her mother and other disorderly behaviors while in the 21000 block of 214th Place.
On 06/01/08 at about 12:30 am a complainant reported that an unidentified man who was driving a red color late model Ford pick-up truck pointed a hand gun at him without provocation while stopped at a traffic light in the vicinity of Ocotillo and Rittenhouse Roads.
On 06/01/08 at about 1:00 am a complainant in the 20800 block of Pickett Street reported that persons unknown smashed a window of their vehicle in an unsuccessful attempt to steal it from where it was parked in front of the residence.
On 06/01/08 at about 1:50 am Deputies charged a 39 year-old man with Extreme DUI and other charges incidental to a traffic violation stop in the vicinity of Rittenhouse and Ellsworth Loop Roads. The man’s vehicle was towed and impounded for 30 days or more.
On 06/01/08 at about 2:00 am Deputies charged a 17-year-old Juvenile for DUI and other violations incidental to a traffic violation stop in the vicinity of Chandler Heights Road and 196th Street. The vehicle that the Juvenile was driving is registered to his father, however the vehicle was towed to impound.
On 06/01/08 at about 12:20 pm a business owner in the 21300 block of Ocotillo Road reported that persons unknown broke out a window while the business was closed. There was no report of entry or any thing missing.
On 06/02/08 at about 8:30 am Deputies charged a 47 year-old man with Driving Suspended and other violations incidental to a traffic stop in the vicinity of Chandler Heights and Hawes Roads. The mans vehicle was towed and impounded for 30 days.
On 06/02/08 at about 2:30 pm Deputies arrested a 19 year-old Queen Creek man, charging him with Indecent Exposure and Public Sexual Indecency after being observed pleasuring himself while in a parked vehicle in the vicinity of Ellsworth and German Roads.
On 06/02/08 at about 8:20 pm a complainant reported that persons unknown gained entry into a fenced area located in the vicinity of Hawes and Ocotillo Roads and removed a transformer and copper material valued at more than $20,000.00.
On 06/03/08 at about 1:40 am Deputies charged a 19 year-old man with Driving Suspended and other violations incidental to a traffic stop in the vicinity of Power and Riggs Roads. The man’s vehicle was towed and impounded for 30 days.
On 06/03/08 at about 1:45 am Deputies charged a 28 year-old man with Reckless Driving and other violations for traveling more than twice the posted speed limit while in the vicinity of Rittenhouse Road and 211th Way.

On 06/04/08 at about 2:00 am Deputies arrested a 40 year-old Queen Creek man for Prohibited Possession of a Weapon incidental to a traffic stop while in the vicinity of Empire Boulevard and 206th Street.

On 06/04/08 at about 8:30 am Deputies charged a 36 year-old woman with Driving Suspended and other violations incidental to a traffic stop in the vicinity of Chandler Heights and Hawes Roads. The woman’s vehicle was towed and impounded for 30 days.

On 06/05/08 at about 11:40 pm Deputies responded to a complaint of unauthorized persons hanging around a community pool located in the vicinity of Ryan Road and 188th Street. Deputies charged two 18 year-old Gilbert men for Underage Consumption of Alcohol and a 19 year-old Queen Creek man for the same violation.
On 06/06/06 at about 7:20 pm a 33 year-old Johnson Ranch man reported that an unknown man struck him in the face without provocation as a result of a road rage incident, while stopped for the traffic light at Power and Queen Creek Roads.
On 06/07/08 at about 3:00 am Deputies arrested a 32 year-old City of Mesa man for Aggravated DUI, Possession of Marijuana and other charges incidental to a traffic stop in the vicinity of Ellsworth and Rittenhouse Roads. The man’s vehicle was towed and impounded indefinitely.
On 06/08/08 at about 3:45 am a complainant reported that persons unknown forced entry into their vehicle while parked in a lot in the 22000 block of Ellsworth Road. Nothing inside the vehicle was reported as disturbed.
On 06/08/08 at about 11:00 pm a Juvenile complainant reported that a sexual assault had occurred in the 22000 block of Via Del Rancho. Sheriff’s Detectives are investigating.
On 06/09/08 at about 12:00 am Deputies arrested a 27 year-old Gilbert man on charges of Domestic Violence and Disorderly Conduct after investigation determined that the man became disruptive and had refused to leave a residence in the 22300 block of Via Del Rancho.
On 06/09/08 at about 12:30 am Deputies responded to the 18700 block of Mocking bird Drive where they arrested a 22 year-old man for Domestic Violence Assault and other charges after investigation determined that the man had struck his grandmother during an argument.
On 06/10/08 at about 1:30 am an employee of Schneph Farm located in the 22600 block of Cloud Road reported that persons unknown had gained entry into the business and removed camera equipment and an undisclosed amount of cash. Further investigation by Deputies led to the identity of two Queen Creek Juveniles ages 16 and 17, and a 16 year-old City of Mesa Juvenile. On 06/11/08 at about 5:50 pm, all three Juveniles were booked into the Juvenile Detention facility on final charges of Criminal Damage, Burglary and Theft.
On 06/10/08 at about 4:30 pm Deputies responded to the 19900 block of Chandler Heights Road to a report of an abandoned mobile home fire. The incident is being investigated as Arson.
On 06/11/08 at about 4:30 am a complainant in the 21500 block of Nightengale Court reported that persons unknown stole his black and yellow color 2006 Honda Raptor ATV from where it was parked in his yard.
On 06/11/08 at about 5:10 am a complainant in the 20200 block of 198th Street reported that persons unknown stole their red color 2006 Ford 2500 pick-up truck from where it had been parked in front of the residence.
On 06/11/08 at about 10:00 pm an employee of the Taco Bell located in the 21200 block of Ocotillo Road reported receiving an undisclosed number of counterfeit currency bills from an unidentified customer. Investigation is continuing.
On 06/11/08 at about 7:30 am a complainant in the 21300 block of Nightingale reported that persons unknown entered their SUV while parked in the driveway and removed two bicycles and other property valued at more than $980.00.
On 06/12/08 at about 5:00 am a complainant reported that persons unknown spray painted graffiti and damaged the exterior walls of the Queen Creek Middle School located in the 20400 block of Ellsworth Road.
On 06/12/08 at about 8:15 pm Deputies arrested a 29 year-old man after investigation determined that the man had shoplifted a case of Beer from the Circle K Store located in the 21800 block of Ellsworth Road.
On 06/13/08 at about 10:40 am Deputies arrested a 21 year-old man for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Criminal Speed and other charges incidental to a traffic stop in the vicinity of Power and Ocotillo Roads.
On 06/14/08 at about 12:45 am Deputies arrested a 38 year-old man and a 38 year-old woman in the 19000 block of Raven Drive for Aggravated Assault and other charges after investigation determined that the couple had used steak knives while dueling over a romantic spat.
On 06/14/08 at about 10:00 am an employee of a furniture store in the 22700 block of Ellsworth Road reported that sometime during the nighttime persons unknown siphoned the fuel from the company delivery van while parked in front of the business.
On 06/16/08 at about 5:30 pm Deputies charged a 25 year-old man with Driving Suspended and other violations incidental to a traffic stop while in the vicinity of Sossaman and Rittenhouse Roads. The mans vehicle was towed and impounded for 30 days.
On 06/16/08 at about 9:15 pm Deputies charged a 19 year-old man and a 15 year-old Juvenile for Alcohol Consumption and other violations incidental to a traffic stop in the vicinity of Wagon Wheel and Sundance Drives.
On 06/17/08 at about 12:40 am Deputies charged a 27 year-old man for Theft and other violations after being observed removing a posted business sign valued at more than $250.00 while in the vicinity of Hunt Highway and Bell Road.
On 06/18/08 at about 5:30 pm Deputies arrested a 16 year-old Juvenile for Aggravated Assault, Disorderly Conduct and Alcohol Consumption while in the 19700 block of Mayberry Road.
On 06/20/08 at about 8:00 am Deputies charged a 15 year-old Juvenile with Unlawful Possession of Prescription Drugs, upon the completion of an investigation that was initiated in the 23600 block of 220th Street on 04/30/08.
On 06/21/08 at about 12:20 am Deputies charged two 20 year-old Glendale men, a 19 year-old Peoria woman and a 20 year-old Odenton, Maryland woman with alcohol related violations incidental to a traffic stop in the vicinity of Power and Germann Roads.. The driver of the vehicle was also cited for Driving Suspended and the vehicle was towed and impounded for 30 days.
On 06/21/08 at about 1145 am Deputies charged a 32 year-old Gilbert man with Unlawful Use of Telephone to Terrify after investigation determined that the man had used the telephone to intimidate and threaten two Queen Creek residents with bodily harm.
On 06/22/08 at about 1:00 pm Deputies arrested a 37 year-old man after investigation determined that he had assaulted his 35 year-old spouse during an argument while in the vicinity of Power and Chandler Heights Roads.
On 06/24/08 at about 5:00 am an employee of the Queen Creek Middle School located in the 20400 block of Ellsworth Road reported that persons unknown caused more than $15,000.00 in damage by spray painting graffiti all over the recently painted buildings.

On 04/24/08 at about 2:15 pm Deputies charged a 16 year-old Juvenile in the 21400 block of Camina Plata for Truancy after his parent reported that the youth refused to attend school or to comply with parental instructions.
On 04/25/08 at about 12:40 pm Deputies charged a 15 year-old Juvenile for Furnishing Alcohol to Minors and other alcohol violations after investigation determined that the youth supplied alcoholic beverages that he and two 16 year-old Juveniles consumed while on the Queen Creek High School campus located in the 22100 block of Ocotillo Road.
On 04/25/08 at about 6:45 pm Deputies charged a 44 year-old woman with Disorderly Conduct after investigation determined that the woman refused to leave a residence after several requests to do so while in the 22800 block of 195th Street.
On 04/28/08 at about 6:00 am a construction company employee reported that persons unknown removed several bags of concrete and other materials from a residence under construction in the 19900 block of Thornton Road.
On 04/29/08 at about 5:10 am a complainant in the 21000 block of Calle De Flores reported that pe5rsons unknown removed their white color 1997 Ford Taurus from their driveway. The vehicle was found damaged and abandoned on the Gila Tribal Reservation
On 04/29/08 at about 7:20 am a construction company employee reported that person’s unknown forced entry into a construction office located in the 212000 block of Chandler Heights Road and removed office equipment.
On 04/30/08 at about 2:30 am Deputies charged a 23 year-old man with Criminal Speed for traveling more than twice the posted speed limit while in the vicinity of Ellsworth and Cloud Roads. The man’s vehicle was towed and will be impounded for 30 days.
On 04/30/08 at about 3:30 am a store employee reported that during the early hours of the morning person’s unknown forced entry into a closed section of the Target store located in the 21300 block of Ellsworth Loop Road. It was not determined if anything was taken.
On 04/30/08 at about 9:00 am a construction company employee reported that persons unknown gained entry into a model home located in the 21900 block of 193rd Street and removed air conditioning units and other property valued at more than $6,000.00.
On 04/30/08 at about 1:30 pm Deputies charged a 37 year-old woman with Aggravated Harassment after investigation determined that the woman had violated a Judicial Order Against Harassment.
On 04/30/08 at about 1:40 pm Deputies charged a 14 year-old Juvenile for Unlawful Possession of Prescription Drugs while in a Drug Free School Zone at the Queen Creek Middle School located in the 20400 block of Ellsworth Road...

On 05/01/08 at about 12:20 pm a business owner in the 22000 block of Ellsworth Road reported that an employee had embezzled an undisclosed amount of cash by altering sales receipts. Investigation is continuing.
On 05/01/08 at about 4:30 pm an owner of Schnepf Farms located in the vicinity of Cloud and Rittenhouse Roads reported that a former employee is suspected of purchasing several cellular telephones while using the business account without permission and damaging equipment all valued at more than $11,000.00.
On 05/01/08 at about 4:40 pm a complainant in the 25800 block of 205th Street reported that persons unknown used their bank credit card information without their permission or knowledge and made purchases at area Wal-Mart Stores
On 05/01/08 at about 5:40 pm a complainant in the 21700 block of Rosa Road reported that a disgruntled neighbor is suspected of using a bb gun to shoot his dog. The dog was treated for a leg injury and investigation is continuing.
On 05/02/08 at about 11:30 am Deputies arrested a 14 year-old Juvenile on charges of Aggravated Assault and Disruption of an Educational Institution after investigation determined that the youth had assaulted a school staff member over an incident involving a skateboard.
On 05/03/08 at about 7:30 am a complainant in the 21100 block of Excelsior Drive reported that persons unknown broke the rear window of a company van while parked in the driveway.
On 05/03/08 at about 11:20 am a complainant in the 21100 block of Stirrup Lane reported that persons unknown gained entry into their vehicle while left running and unattended in their driveway and removed several payroll checks.
On 05/04/08 at about 1:30 am Deputies arrested a 24 year-old woman for DUI and other violations incidental to a traffic violation stop in the vicinity of Power and Longwood Roads. The woman’s vehicle was towed and impounded for 30 days.
On 05/04/08 at about 2:00 am Deputies charged an 18 year-old man with Extreme DUI and other charges incidental to a traffic stop while in the vicinity of Queen Creek Road and 186th Place.
On 05/04/08 at about 2::10 pm Deputies arrested a 23 year-old Apache Junction man for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and other charges incidental to a traffic violation stop in the vicinity of Ocotillo and Power Roads. The man was charged additional with Destruction of Government Property as a result of his damaging the interior of the Sheriff’s patrol vehicle while en-route to the 4th Avenue Jail.
On 05/04/08 at about 7:35 am a 17 year-old Juvenile in the 20300 block of Rittenhouse Road reported being assaulted by a 17 year-old associate resident at that address. No notable injury was reported or observed.
On 05/04/08 at about 11:30 pm a complainant reported that persons unknown damaged a water control box by spray painting orange color graffiti over it.
On 05/04/08 at about 3:10 pm Deputies charged a 30 year-old man with Refusal to Produce Identification and other violations incidental to a traffic stop in the vicinity of Ocotillo Road and 208th Place. The man’s vehicle was towed and impounded for 30 days.

On 05/07/08 at about 12:30 pm Deputies arrested a 16 year-old Juvenile after investigation determined that the youth was in Possession of Marijuana and other drug related violations while in a Drug Free School Zone at the Queen Creek High School located in the 22100 block of Ocotillo Road.
On 05/07/08 at about 3:30 pm a complainant in the 34300 block of Goldmine Gulch Road reported that persons unknown entered their residence during their absence and removed a television, computer and other property valued at more than $4,000.00.
On 05/07/08 at about 6:30 pm Deputies charged a 17 year-old Juvenile with Driving Suspended and other violations while in the vicinity of Emperor Boulevard and 214th Street. The juvenile’s vehicle was towed and impounded for 30 days.
On 05/07/08 at about 9:10 pm Deputies charged a 17 year-old Juvenile and a 20 year-old man with Alcohol related violations incidental to investigation of a loud party complaint while in the 20800 block of Munoz Street.
On 05/08/08 at about 6:30 am a complainant in the 18500 block of Swan Drive reported that persons unknown removed the wheels valued at more than $5,000.00 from their vehicle while parked in their driveway
On 05/08/08 at about 1:10 pm a complainant in the22700 block of 214th Street reported that persons unknown damaged a utility box by spray painting graffiti.
On 05/08/08 at about 4:40 pm Deputies arrested a 57 year-old man for Disorderly Conduct after investigation determined that the man was verbally abusive and profane while in the 20800 block of Hadrian Way.
On 05/09/08 at about 10:15 am Deputies arrested a 17 year-old Juvenile and an 18 year-old man for the Theft and removal of metal piping and materials from a warehouse located in the vicinity of Empire and Signal Butte Roads.
On 05/10/08 at about 5:30 am a complainant in the 19100 block of Canary Way reported that persons unknown forced entry inside their vehicle while parked in the driveway and removed a wallet and other property.
On 05/10/08 at about 8:00 am a complainant in the 18600 block of Raven Road reported that they allowed an unknown woman and child to use their bathroom. The complainant discovered that more than $49,000.00 in jewelry was missing shortly after the suspects had left the residence.
On 05/10/08 at about 3:00 pm Deputies responded to a report of a Burglary in Progress in the 22000 block of Camina Plata. Investigation revealed that a 12 year-old Juvenile was unsuccessful in an attempt to gain entry into a vacant residence at that location. The Youth was turned over to a parent and no charges were pursued.
On 05/10/08 at about 7:30 pm Deputies charged a 32 year-old woman for Alcohol Consumption while in a moving vehicle incidental to a traffic violation stop in the vicinity of Ellsworrth Road and Hunt Highway.
On 05/10/08 at about 9:00 pm a complainant in the 19800 block of 186th Street reported that persons unknown entered their yard during their absence and removed a power transformer valued at more than $300.00.
On 05/10/08 at about 10:30 am a construction company employee reported that unknown persons gained entry into a vacant residence in the 23100 block of 204th Street and spray painted graffiti over the interior walls.
On 05/10/08 at about 10:40 pm Deputies charged a 38 year-old Gilbert woman for attempted theft after investigation determined that she had attempted to leave the store with items from the Safeway Store located in the 18400 block of Queen Creek Road.
On 05/11/08 at about 5:30 am Deputies arrested a 33 year-old man for Domestic Violence Assault after investigation determined that the man had knocked down and kicked his wife during an argument while in the 21100 block of Bonanza Way.
On 05/11/08 at about 4:15 pm Deputies stopped a 38 year-old man who was operating an unlicensed 2007 Honda dirt bike in the vicinity of Quail Trail and Sossaman Road. Investigation revealed that the motorcycle had been reported as stolen from a City of Chandler address. The motorcycle was returned to the owner and Investigation is continuing.
On 05/11/08 at about 4:40 pm a complainant reported that person’s unknown spray painted graffiti on power poles and other utility equipment located in the vicinity of Hawes and Chandler Heights Roads.
On 05/12/08 at about 9:00 am a complainant in the 18800 block of Canary Way reported that persons unknown entered their unlocked vehicle while parked in the driveway and removed computer related items and jewelry valued at more than $16,000.00.
On 05/12/08 at about 11:30 Deputies charged two men ages 46 and 58 respectively for Consuming Alcohol in Public while in the vicinity of Ellsworth and Ocotillo Roads.
On 05/12/08 at about 8:45 pm Deputies responded to the vicinity of 198th Street and Stacey Lane after observing a large column of smoke, and charged a 35 year-old man with Illegal Burning and other charges after the man had refused to comply with extinguishing the fire.
