ANNUITIES: THE GOOD, THE BAD, AND THE UGLY
Northwest Valley, AZ – Interfaith Community Care is holding a free Life Planning lecture on Tuesday, June 30, at the new Hellen and John M. Jacobs Independence Plaza, located at 16752 N. Greasewood Street in Surprise. Come join the Interfaith Community Care staff in the main lobby for a tour of the new campus at 8:30 a.m. followed by the presentation at 9:30 a.m. in the Soroptimist Classroom inside Birt’s Bistro and Bookstore.
The speaker will be Steve Harnden, a CFP and CPA in Sun City. His firm, Harnden & Associates, is a financial advisory practice of Ameriprise Financial Services, Inc. Steve’s presentation, Annuities: The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly, will cover the types of annuities available, the pros and cons of each, and other important factors to take into account before choosing an annuity.
The Life Planning Series lecture program is designed to provide information to residents so they may properly prepare themselves for situations they potentially face living in retirement. The speakers in the series are carefully selected for their expertise in their field. Attendees are provided an opportunity to discuss their unique issues with the experts and find real solutions.
