Actually it was not the person in the wheelchair (which was a young lady, by the way) who started the fight.
It was the "reporter" and I really use that term loosely who was making vile comments and the father and mother who was with the young lady in the wheelchair asked them to stop.
He grew irate and was arrested because of his behavior, NOT because he was "asking" a question.
