In observance of National CPR and AED Week, the Greenwood Public Library will be hosting an informational program regarding the use of the Automated External Defibrillator on Wednesday, June 3, at 1 pm. Presented by Camille Simpson of the American Red Cross, the purpose of the presentation is to familiarize the participants with the Automated External Defibrillator so that they will be confident and prepared to use one in the event of a cardiac arrest situation. The program is free and open to all. Preregistration is helpful but not required. For questions, please call Robin at 349-5309. The Greenwood Library is located on Rt. 16 in Greenwood, just east of the railroad tracks.
