The 2009 Seaford Farmers & Artisans Market season is underway and will continue through Sept 26 in Kiwanis Park from 8:30 am to noon on Saturday mornings.
This year there is an activity table for the children to be creative while visiting the market. Sone non-profit groups will be visiting each Saturday.
There will be a fresh lemonade stand and bake sales scheduled throughout the season. Tony Windsor will be on hand with performances on Aug. 29 and Sept. 26 and The Nanticoke River Arts Group will be judging a "sidewalk talk chalk only" art contest on Sept. 19 for kids 6-13.
