Parents of Deaf and Hard of Hearing Children will be having an open discussion meeting on Thursday, August 6, 2009 from 7-8:30 pm. The meeting is open to family, friends and professionals of children with hearing loss who live on the Eastern Shore of Maryland and Delaware. The purpose of the meeting is to allow networking between other parents by sharing ideas and finding alternative solutions for issues related to hearing loss in children and youth. The meeting will be held at 806 Snow Hill Road, Salisbury, MD. The meeting is sponsored by Deaf Independent Living Association, Inc. Interpreter provided and childcare available upon request.
