Today, I saw a new variation on the "Left On Red When You Get Tired Of Waiting" rule. I watched a driver make a left turn from Meeker Blvd. on to Southbound Grand Ave. The new part was that the left turn arrow was red and the straight ahead lights had turned yellow when this individual hesitatingly made his/her turn as if he/she was hoping he/she wouldn't get hit. Although foolhardy and illegal, it does show a certain amount of creativity on his/her part

| This is the same person, who ran a stop sign, told the sheriff's posse that the traffic signs were for the "winter visitors" ...... he "lived" here!
