Meyer speaks for himself
It is most unfortunate that Jack Meyer does not make it clear that he is speaking for himself in his missives to the Independent ("Do not take money fire district board saved," May 27, 2009).
I am not privy to the deliberations of the Recreation Centers of Sun City West Board of Directors and do not share his opinion on their budget. I am proud to have been involved in the production of the Fire District of Sun City West budget.
Mr. Meyer speaks for himself, not the fire district board.
