At the special budget meeting on Nov 10, one board member, Tony Fiore, spoke up only when he indicated that he wants to be reimbursed for the past 8 years of HOA dues as he lives in the Gardens and the Gardens residents are disputing the amount of dues they have paid. This issue seems to be a conflict of interest for a sitting board member and it seems that this board member has his own personal agenda.
