The County has scheduled their official canvass for Monday, November 24th at 9:00 a.m.
Sherine Zaya, in the city's public information office noted she should have final results including all reports necessary to conduct the City’s canvass of the election over the weekend. The City of Peoria official canvass is scheduled to be held at a Special Meeting on Tuesday, November 25th at 5:00 p.m. in the Lake Pleasant Conference Room. The notice and agenda for the meeting will go out to Mayor and Council tomorrow.
As for the write-in candidates for the Peoria Unified School District, Hope Olguin, school elections specialist, said there are no results yet, and they would definately have the results by Monday at the latest to be included in the official county canvass.
