AYNKM, I find both you and your case lacking. You have not proven a thing and have conducted yourself in a most distasteful manner both in this court, and in the court of public opinion.
Your evidence is not proof at all. It directly contradicts the information in the PUSD Governing Board packet, and a lack of link makes me wonder about the veracity of this so called "evidence."
On the other side, you have these facts (and facts to which you stipulated):
Fact: every member of the VSIT management is a member of the Pachyderm Coalition.
Fact: each of them have contributed to the Pachyderm Coalition.
Fact: The Terminally Corrupt Diane Douglas once served as treasurer and then secretary of the group.
Fact: The Pachyderm Coalition was the single greatest contributor to Douglas's campaign. Here's a link, and go to page 6. While you're making your way there, count the number of non-district residents who also contributed to her campaign: http://156.42.40.50/CampFinDocs/pdf/2004_18891.pdf
Fact: The amount the Pachyderm Coalition donated to her campaign just happened to be the total amount the VSIT members donated.
Futhermore, you failed to answer two key questions. First, since when did funneling more than $20 million of taxpayer dollars to your political supporters, as Diane Douglas did, become "trivial?"
Second, you failed explain why what you posted is a direct contradiction to what is in the board packet. But then again, I imagine failure is something with which someone of your stature is accustomed.

Nice spin, but it's not what they voted on, and you've yet to explain the disparity. And if you wet you pants over $3 million, I can't imagine what you're doing knowing that Diane Douglas sent over $20 million of taxpayer dollars to her friends. Must be awful smelly in your house.

Hindsight is 20-20, but just think if the prior attorney, who is a close personal friend of Jack Erb, had not blown this Nobel lease to the tune of $1.25 million....
And just think if this Challenger fiasco had not happened that prior boards got us into to the tune of $797,000?
And just think if there wasn't such silly opposition last year to this VSIT and it was adopted last year to the tune of $1 million in savings?
Using my calculator here, I come out to just over $3 million. $3 million divided by say 50,000 is probably about 60 positions.
That is truly a shame, isn't it?

By reasonable I mean that when a conversation is intentionally hijacked, that the moderator step in and either move things along, or end the conversation. By reasonable, I mean that posts should have something to do with the topic of conversation. And by reasonable I mean that once someone begins to call others names or makes ad hominem attacks simply because others disagree with them, that their posting rights be suspended until, as a co-worker likes to say, they “get a grip.”
I am certain our multi-personality friend will soon post in faux outrage and claim that he/she/it is a victim, and that this is an attempt to strip him/her/it of his/her/its first amendment rights. Nothing can be further from the truth. This is about taking back first amendment rights for the rest of us. If he/she/it doesn’t like that idea . . . well, that will tell us all we need to know.

Also, as we speak, AnnieR tries to find her navel. The Trust Board keeps its current trust balance. Each school district funds are kept separately, just as Peoria currently experiences in both the Worker’s Compensation and Property Liability Trusts.
And Willy.....Has the day of the uprising been set when we oppressed members of the district will finally rise up against this unbridled oppression? And after we take control, our kids are not going to have to eat in any school cafeteria, I can tell you that right now!!!!. You just say the word all-knowing Willy and the thongs (or is it throngs) will take to the streets in celebration and retaliation of our mortal enemies...

Oh this has been just too much fun watching aynkm squirm and try to worm through all of the evidence she/he tries so hard to ignore. It's like a doctor getting a reprimand for falsifying his records; or an employee of the Department of Revenue institgating audits against people who speak out against Diane and her republican cronies; or aynkm being so judgmental against the previous board when she/he appears to be in bed with the ASPs. This investigation also needs to be in front of the county attorney, don't you all think??? We're not quietly standing by and watching this real fiasco continue in this district without demanding the facts this current board is working so hard to conceal. We will have our say too! Wow, this has been an awfully busy couple of days as I've tried to snuff out various fires of untruths. Well, you indicated Newszap was going to lose a lot of customers, but wow almost 4,000 hits and most of them within the past two days, that had to make your president happy....

AYNKM, I find both you and your case lacking. You have not proven a thing and have conducted yourself in a most distasteful manner both in this court, and in the court of public opinion.
Your evidence is not proof at all. It directly contradicts the information in the PUSD Governing Board packet, and a lack of link makes me wonder about the veracity of this so called "evidence."

You see, PUSD, that's not the way America is supposed to work. See, the person throwing out the very serious allegations that the board president took campaign contributions and did not report them needs to back up that allegation with evidence. And PUSD, you epitomize what Diane Douglas is up against. You have probably been in this district since you got out of college and the district has been this nice little cozy club where nothing was ever questioned very strenously. Jack Erb had these boards in his back pocket and he kind of could do pretty much anything he wanted. Douglas came into power and started questioning how things are done and the members of this cozy club don't like their little club threatened and you will do anything and say anything to fight back, based on facts or not.
You are also what's wrong with the tenure system that is in place now. In any other business, you would be in the big office where the board meets and you better d**n well be able to back up what you are saying here with hard concrete evidence or you can kiss your ass goodbye. Instead, you are able to make these unfounded charges and can really be a half-assed teacher knowing the system can't do a thing to you. There is no doubt in my mind your very sour atttitude transfers into your classroom.
I remember when the board members first started talking about this VSIT. I admittedly knew very little about it, but I was struck at the immediate opposition to it without these people hearing anything about it. It seems that that is the credo of this little cult we have in this district. We've always done it that way, why do we need to change anything?
And Diane Douglas, I know you don't hear this enough, but thank you. For you to be able to withstand what must be intense pressure from the PUSDs and AnnieRs of the district, well, I don't know how you do it. It really is difficult to argue with idiots who don't base opinions on any type of fact pattern. I keep thinking there must be something about you that makes people dislike you so intensely and keep waiting for some type of hard evidence that you are this corrupt politician, but all I get is rumor and innuendo. The more I deal with these people on this little forum, I am convinced they just don't want anything to change and so resent when you question what has been done for years. And, if they can't attack the message with fact and evidence, they resort to attacking the messenger.
So, again, thank you for your service and please keep it up. I think there are a lot more people out there than you realize who understand what you are up against and truly appreciate the great job you are doing.

That's NOT what they voted on, and that comes directly from not one, but two members of the EBT board. That is the proposal the EBT board sent forward. It was replaced by the VSIT proposal, that funneled ALL of the trust reserves into VSIT.
It also stands in direct contradiction to what's in the board agenda.
You're a buffoon. Try keeping up and posting what was actually done.
You're as big a liar as Diane Dougals, who funneled more than $20 million in taxpayer dollars to her political backers.
