***** Board Elections tainted by FORGED Ballots!!!! *****
Have you attended a Desert Harbor Homeowners Association meeting lately? If not you might want to attend the next meeting to be held on June 16th at 6pm at the Forum.
After this years recent annual meeting and board elections, it was determined that a fraudulent ballot was cast on behalf of the Forum Retirement Facility. This ballot has a signature that has been determined to be a forgery.
After reviewing this years ballot and finding it to be a forgery, the ballot from last years election was also reviewed and it also appears to be a forgery.
This seems to be the normal practice of the past few years.
Also, the current board continues to be unable to resolve the ongoing water dispute and debt in excess of $300,000 between the community and the City of Peoria.
Please attend and join in with other concerned homeowners that feel the board elections should be voided and new elections held! Join us in asking the board to resign or face recall actions.
