Bambi:

I met Todd House when I ran against him in 2004. I met Bryan on the phone when the Pinal County elections head Gilberto Hoyos would not mail candidate paperwork that he promised. The New Dem Mrs Shoop just announced days ago.

I know for sure they have not spent time in Apache Junction or Gold Canyon from a political standpoint.

You have to go to them.  Not they to you.  Simple as that.  Most people out here don't even care about who's running.  If they vote, it will be a name they can remember and they probably won't even know what the candidate stands for.  Sounds like apathy doesn't it.

You state you think all the candidates are nice people.  How did you ascertain that?  JUst a guess?  I mentioned Bryan Martyn's name to a young guy the other day out here and he said..."Oh yeah...that's the guy running for mayor of our town, right?" What's our Town?  "Queen Creek?"  Alright then; moving on to the next topic.......

Go thru the Pinal Forum's archives and you will see where Todd House came on here to post. as did Bryan Martyn.  You can also go to his website, or to my website; http://www.santanfoothills.org  where Bryan has posted his positions on various topics.  The rest of the candidates, I have no idea about.  I am not a candidate, even though they state I am, so no positions from me, other than all of them I have stated on here in the past.

I attended Todd's kickoff, and have talked to him on the phone.  That's how I acquired my information about him.   I have also had lunch with Mr. Martyn, spoken to him on the phone; email conversations and had him at events to speak, which were announced on here and on my site.  That's how I acquired that information about him.  They are the only two that have shown their faces in my view.

Just keep in tune with the bloggers; you'll get more info. that way.

Have you been looking at these boards???

I wouldn't bother posting on these boards unless you are some how bashing someone on either side of the Hunt Highway area incorporation - I do not know how many times I have attempted to start a conversation on a topic relative to every citizen of the county to see the subject receive very little interest.

As for the candidates - it becomes the usual squeaky wheel election - go to those areas where the residents are the most unhappy and "promise" "solutions".
