bohopper1,
This really ticks me off. We have people in AJ who laugh when anyone
mentions Pinal County corruption. They say it does not exist when
clearly, it is all too real. You sound like you must have been a real peace
officer. Too many in government do not follow the rule of law and common
sense. They fabricate and lack mercy and do not understand that it can
come back to haunt them. The system when it is corrupt will feed on
the retired police, firefighters, teachers etc. Those of us who work for
the government ought to be hardcore defenders of our founding
documents or this country is lost. The people must to be vigilant too.

Bobby,
I'm not sure the code sections quoted apply in this case. You didn't shoot another person, you shot what was essentially a wild animal.
Not a lawyer, just an observation.
Cheers

And if said animal was to get loose and attacked anyone and killed anyone then it would be a death penalty for the owner of the dog, if dog did not kill then owner would be responsible for all debts inccured with victim taking care of victim without victim have to go to court, the dog would be put to sleep and owner would have to serve ten years of his life inprison without the possibility of parole.
These are just the beginnings of what Iwould do.
If a person abuses and animal such as beatings and starvings including water and regular shots and checkups at a veternarian then that person would be in violation and would get at least 5 years in prison.
how much do you plan on spending to run ? from your platform planks, i am certain yours will be an uphill battle. good luck with your campaign.

Bobby Edmiston,
You are a good man. I pray you receive justice for your heroism. Thank you for putting an end to the threatening canine. Your careful and swift action may have saved the life of a woman or child in that area. You have proven that at this point in your life you are still a hero!
Thank you,
Molly Browne

But what does that have to do with the filing of charges outside of your job duties??
I think he is trying to show that he is a good character and when a questionable situation comes up you have to look at the character. He appearantly has a good background and history. Does that not lend to looking at the case differently? Do you not give a benfit of the doubt when someone is of high moral character? I think he is also feeling jilted becasue he truely believes he did the right thing.

This is typical of the PCSO. Paul Babeu has really nothing to do running for sheriff. Chris Vasquez and his "Keystone Cops" deputies are doing it all for him. Lack of training, lack of procedure, ineptitude and lack of common sense - all play a part.
Chris Vasquez, or some of his sycophants - can you respond?Last edited on Sat Aug 16th, 2008 09:52 pm by casaderoca
