It is a public record.  Let the monitor check on himself; you can check on yourself.  Go by the City of Chandler court and you will find Babeu's Nov. 07 traffic citation information there.   Maybe, just maybe, Paul might be part of the problem. Should we all at least try to drive the speed limit?  Heck, when you are the past president of "Arizona Police Association" and you tout the support of over 6,000 members statewide, along with the Highway Patrol Association, and the claimed support of the Pinal deputies group, you might even expect some immunity.  But the silly roadside radar devices are equal opportunity (wasn't that Paul's specialty during his deployment in Iraq?) In society, cop or not, obey the laws, tell the truth, get along with others. The traffic laws were voted in by elected officials and they apply to all of us.  Do we dislike photo-radar? I certainly do. So I can work to change the law, or I can obey the current law, or I can violate the current law and risk being held accoountable.  There is a choice.

Someone just referred me to a vibrant website:  http://www.paulbabeu.com/  with the instructions that if you look at the main screen, concentrate and are patient, the words "The Emperor Has No Clothes" will appear.  Pinal County Highway Department needs to consider a special sign for the Johnson Ranch area along the Hunt Highway:
