My recap: It was a short video about a man with no limbs spreading the word about hope and God. About how if you fall down and try 100 times to get up you should keep trying because he despite his handicap can get up enjoy life and contribute to life by his mission from God.
I guess I got a totally different message from this video than Anne did. I got no matter what circumstances you are in-YOU have to be the one to get up and make your life better. Not to be waiting around for somone (or the Government) to come help you.
