well let's puyt it this way. alot more than you have soaked up from AJ with all your crazy suits.
But the wastewater construction is not where I am going to really soak it in. Remember, I am a programmer/integrator, I am going to make all my money on making those transponders track you

Pipeman, now you're BUSTED! LOL, he figured out the roll YOU play in this Toll Road Conspiracy.
Bet you never thought you'd be named as a co-conspirator at some point in your life. Then you met Elliott Fisher and that all changed.

Um, yea...I don't think so. I don't need the "Agerone Treatment"
Fisher’s legal entanglement began when he went to visit Krysta Agerone, an Apache Junction woman, to confront her about money she owed him and to tell her to clean up the home where she was staying, which belongs to Fisher’s sister.
Agerone told police that Fisher harassed her over the phone, came to the residence and then forced his way in while swearing and screaming at her.
When Fisher saw that Agerone had called police, he took off in a 1980 Chevrolet pickup, according to police reports. About 30 minutes later, witnesses said they saw Fisher turn left into a motorcycle driven by Troy Dickerson, also of Apache Junction.

Step one - by law you must have the transponder to go through I-pass lane or( no coin stop collector booth.)
step 2 50.00 charge last look each year to have the box you mount on windshield
step 3 each time you pass under toll receiver it debits bank acct via visa/mastercard
debit system . to whatever toll is .40 to $ 6.00 in some states.
It can be easily expanded to time you vehicle between receivers!

you haven't the faintest clue to what you are talking about. There is NO standard yearly fee for transponders. Each state sets their guidelines.. Show us where you come up with," last you looked it was $50.00 a year". You said it, now back it up.
depending on how you pay, will depend on how much you are required to put in the transponder. If you use a crdeit card, you will be required to put less than if you use cash. Some states have a monthly fee, but most are small. CA I believe is $1.00 a month.

Hey Folks
The transponers are actually triggered by radio frequency picked up by receivers mounted above the road. linked to visa/master check debit . EZ Pass - I pass etc
It won't take to much to have the whole road covered with receivers for example on light poles every 500 ' or so.
YOU WILL BE TRACKED!
HMMM makes this whole Toll Road thing a little more scary!

I travel all across the country as well as the world and use transponders regularly. I am no way defending EF either, but he does have "some" validity to his thought process.
I have NEVER heard of a transponder used to track speed, not sure it's even possible, but they do track routes of people, which in tuirn are used for traffic flow studies in CA.
Has anyone stopped to think about the things they purchase? There are many things manufactured that have RFIDs installed in them. This is done for data collection for Marketing. People don't worry about getting on the internet and surfing around. All those bits and pieces of ourselves we leave behind are gathered and rearranged so there is alot of data collected on us already.
What now we are going to worry about transponders? Much more to worry about in the world.
I've never heard Sheriff Paul mention anything like this...did I miss something?
No Chad, I was just replying to EF. I was being a little sarcastic. I have not heard anything of the sort myself either.

They also read the pass electronically as you pass by. No pass, plan on getting a bill in the mail as that is what the picture is for.

2,
I am in no way defending what EF says because I don't agree with what he's saying, but I do know how the toll road/ticketing system might work.
If you have ever been through the toll systems in and around Chicago they have cameras that are mounted above the toll lanes that read the EZ pass. There are no wires in the ground with that system. I'm not saying there isn't a system like that I just don't know about it. Chicago and NY have talked about it a few times but nothing has gone forward; interesting how two of the most liberal taxaholic cities in the country won't pass an unethical and unconstitutional process like photo radar but a supposedly Conservative state like Arizona will!??!?!?

I'll bite ef. How is this all going to work? There are a couple of wires in the road that registers the speed of a vehicle that goes over it. How does it know which vehicle went over it?
I look forward to your details.
