I would like this idea to be applied to all states and the Federal Government.
I would also like it to be electronic so every citizen can sign on to a petition with a pin number.
At home on the computer- Representative Government needs a limited petition power of the people .

In 1912 people like Morris Goldwater Barry's father set out to end corporate greed in their time. These Companys were the Enrons of the age.
The 1912 Arizona Constitution included Title 19. A means by which to keep Representatives from being bribed by Railroad Barons.
The instrument they designed is Referendum , Initiative ,and Recall. Designed to stop laws and force a vote, create laws and put to a vote and the ability to vote a person out of office.
