| No problem! Thank you for taking the time out to say something. It has been a pretty hard time for our Town Staff right now (as it has been for many in the workplace, in these tough economic times). Small things do make a difference, especially when they are sincere and unexpected. It's always good to get a pat on the back. Thank you!

FairNSquare - it is great that you came back on the forum with an update. not only that, but an update that allays some of the concerns others might have had upon reading of the original issue. i am very glad to know that...
1) it was indeed a meter problem
2) that staff handled it promptly and professionally to your satisfaction

I wanted to say Thank You to Queen Creek Water for resolving my water bill issue. Especially to Margie - for taking my inquiry calls when I called.
For those who requested a status, turns out something was wrong with the meter. They fixed the issue & offered a credit on my account. A nice one too!
I am glad my issue was resolved
