To whomever killed this dog and put it in the dumpster----- I have a crowbar just for you! There is nothing lower than hurting a helpless animal. I hope and pray you do not have children too... it could be them next. To the agencys that "passed the buck" you should be ashamed. NO animal should have to go through such torture. This was a crime of Abuse and Cruelty in the worst degree. This poor dog was snuffed out at the hands of a sick and distubed monster. I hope they find the person(s) responsible and prosecute to the fullest.
If this was someones loved pet that fell into the wrong hands... my deepest sympathy to you. I hope that if anyone has any info on who may have done this will come forward. Animal lovers ... keep your pets and children close until this monster is caught!
