New district captain
Welcome to Sun City, Captain Barry Roska, District 3 commander of the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office, headquartered in Surprise.
As Retirement Community Association of Sun City president I speak for our board when I say we look forward to working with you. Thank you also to retiring Captain Scott Penrose. We have enjoyed working with you for the past few years. You and your deputies were a great help in our golf car seat belt program.
Your support of adding more sworn deputies to our Sun City streets is gratifying. With the combined efforts of the MCSO and the Sun City Posse we residents of Sun City are able to enjoy a very low crime rate, for a community of some 47,000 residents.
