YOUNGTOWN, AZ - A Youngtown woman said she awoke Monday morning to find her neighbor half naked in her bedroom.

Youngtown police said it was about 1:50am when she reported she found Robert Falcon Jr. sitting at the end of her bed with his pants around his ankles.

The woman told officers Falcon was touching himself and asked her to wake up and get porn DVDs.

Officer's said the woman quickly got her child from the other room and called police.

Falcon fled, but officers later caught up with him.

Falcon was booked into the Maricopa County Jail on charges of criminal trespassing, first degree public sexual indecency, and false reporting.
