I've noticed the same thing.

Trucks routinely come down 13 and turn right onto Commerce.

The $7 million Harrington Truck Route By-Pass appears to be completed. The ribbon cutting ceremonies are over. So when is it going to be enforced? Trucks still roll down Commerce Street, many exceeding the posted speed limit. Looks like another case of money wasted.
