The girls placed fourth on Sunday.  Way to go girls!!!The best that the Huskies have ever placed in regionals.  My sincere hope is that we have a Midget squad next year--so that maybe we could place first or second.  The girls worked very hard this year and gave their heart and soul.  Kudos to all of them! Courtney and all of the coaches did a fantastic job with the girls this year.  I have to say something about this squad of girls.  They are all supportive of each other and truly are a TEAM, despite outside comments about them at school and on this ridiculous blog.

 are you kidding . courney had to put up with a lot from the kids (not paying attention is one thing) and it is not her fault it is no one fault . and as for the girls in that stunt . yes there was one girl that was on the team last year but she held it together for all of them.and from what i understand she went home hurting a few time because her side bases let her flyer fall on her . way to go gabriella(i think that is her name) one other thing the other girls where not first time cheerleaders , they where cheerleading last year . maybe on the younger team but they where in cheer . hay did any of the mothers think that maybe the little one should not have been moved up this year because they where not ready for it(.but because so meny mother live though there cheerlead kids they pushed them) whos to blame for that. courtny did her best with the young ones.maybe next year some mothers will think befor they put there younger ones on the older team. maybe they should have a jr pw next year so this way the younger one will have more time to learn.are new girls not suppost to have the chance to learn.is that not the point of the program . it is not all about the win.

courtney you did a great job

Shame on you Courtney, the interview you did for the Harrington Journal was a disgrace.  You point the finger at one little girl to make yourself feel better, now if there were only  one 2 point deduction on your score sheet maybe you could point a finger.  But since there were many more deductions in other areas, how dare you single out one girl.   A qualified cheer coach would know you don't put 3 new members in 1 stunt group anyway.  You should always mix in the veterans, and in that particular stunt you did not do that.  So whose fault is it really?  I hope our girls do well Sunday, but Courtney maybe this is why you never go the distance.  Maybe this will teach you that this is about a squad of little girls, not about you.  The saddest thing about  this is  that I was a major Courtney supporter until I saw that article this morning.  Again, I do hope that our girls do very well,  we will support them like we always have, but my opinion of you Courtney has changed forever.

no the huskies have not won prior to courtney. they have placed 3rd one time which let them go to the regional qualifiers in NJ. but the first time they won henlopen conferance was 3 years ago with courtney. the girls have always been determined and have always had what it took yes, i totally agree but parent coaches that hav enot ahd the experience can only get you so far. it took courtney's expertise and committment to get us to where we are. bless her and the other couches and parents that are still dedicated to make the huskies what they are today. this cheer mom appreciates all you guys do!!

They have been champs longer than that right? Even before Courtney came? They won a few years with previous coachs to? I know they have always won the Henlopen conference. Just a point that the girls have determination through all these years to make it together. and to keep it going. I know cheerleading is a big commitment and a lot of hard work.

Congrats Huskies for keeping up the hard work all these years and more years to come. Good look in sectionals and Regionals!
