DELMAR – The Greater Delmar Chamber of Commerce will honor its 2008 Citizen of the Year, Donna Wilkosz, at a recognition dinner/awards event Wednesday, Nov. 19.
This year’s honoree is active with the Delmar Parks and Recreation as well as volunteering at Delmar Elementary School. Ms. Wilkosz is a member of St. Stephen’s United Methodist Church, past president of the Delmar Booster Club and helps local organizations through volunteer work.
The event will be held at the VFW on State Street in Delmar.
A reception will begin at 6:15 p.m., with introductions at 6:45 p.m. followed by prime rib entrée dinner at 7 p.m.
Advance tickets ($20 each) must be purchased by Nov. 12 to ensure reservations. Tickets will not be sold the night of the event.
