I'd love to see a Wegman's grocery store myself. Simple *the* best chain of grocery stores that I've encountered, and I've lived all over the U.S. Whenever we go up to visit family in New York state, we always take an extra cooler to stop on the way back in Allentown (as its right off the northest extension) and stock up on all the favorites -- particularly their Italian bread. Its the real stuff, not what they try to pass off around here. Awesome grocery store.

Lighted street signs on poles would be great.
I could go on. We need a large modern up-to-date bowling alley in Dover along the 13 strip. Ever since Dover Bowl closed down in favor of yet another motel, the Brunswick alley in Camden is overcrowded and inconvenient to those North and East of Dover.

Lower taxes (business and personal) and more stable long term jobs.
Then maybe the other things would move in.

To quote the radio announcer in the movie Groundhog Day when Bill Murray wakes up every morning: "What do you think this is, Miami Beach?"

Not sure we will. Dover doesn't seem quite ready for that.
Do you go to Haas' Butcher shop on Hazletville? They do a pretty good job with meats, if nothing else.

When do you think we'll be getting a Whole Foods in Dover? It's so much cheaper than the small, independently-owned organic food shops around here. I guess I could drive to Philly.....
