The patriotism talked about by Joe Biden is soon to explode with pride as "Value Added Taxation" comes to America. Hello America, the Europeans warned us about this onerous thing known as VAT which they pay on everything they buy. It's not in lieu of paying other taxes - it' added on at the checkout line. The Democrats will simply love this new way of getting more money to spend. It can easily be increased by an act of Congress or by an Executive Order from the president. You will absolutely hate VAT once it's here! And, it's coming soon. Joe will be so happy for you!
One last note about "VAT" in America: President Obama will find a way to impose the VAT only on some people, such as upper and middle class citizens.
