| Get real! When Barack Obama said he wanted a judge with "empathy" and picked Sonia Sotomayor with her record of ethnic activism, he selected an ethic social engineer, not a judge. She was picked by Obama long before the opening on the Supreme Court was to occur. He don't fill any job or vacancy without a history of race bias or anti-establishment activism. Obama was in a church listening to anti-white, anti-American rabble rousing for 20 years and his speeches as president are on two teleprompters to insure he says the right things, but his picks for high government jobs have been females or blacks with a bone-to-pick with white society. Sonia Sotomayor fits that criteria. She won't practice "justice" - it will be tainted with racial overtones and empathy under the guise of being justice, just what Obama wants. Was it "justice" that President Obama let three days pass before he issued condolences to the white soldier's family after their son was murdered by a black Muslim radical?
