:) Sorry :) And... the technical "definition" of a Juggalo is a fan of ICP or anyone else on the Psychopathic Records label... So... Yeah, you could be!

Here's some stuff on ICP and Juggalos that A LOT of people have no idea about.

I was searching for ICP in Delaware and came across this thread in Google...

Wow... Juggalos? A world wide gang? Impressive... Hahahaha! Look... To those of you who want to down a Juggalo (or in this case, a Juggalette), get a life. We're no freaking gang. Personally? I'm a 31 year old mother of 2 that has a steady, full time government job. A 4.0 college student. A contributing member of society. I have no record, driving or otherwise. Just because I like a certain musical group makes me a bad person? Makes me a criminal? A gang member?

Milfordian -- Seriously? Look where you got your "info". Urbandictionary?

Would it be different if I classified myself as a person that likes ICP or a Juggalette? I bet it would. Milford PD should be ashamed, as well as the idiot journalists who paint a bad picture for all of us.

If a few avid fans of certain rappers got in trouble, would that make all the fans of that person gang members too?

And some people wonder why Juggalos (Lettes) keep to their friends... Our family. Bigots -- Leave us be.

    Truly Yours,

           Lovable

What does a burglary ring in Dover have to do with alleged "gang" activity in Milford?

this whole thread is hysterical. juggalos are as much a gang as emo, goth, vampire kids, or any of those other sorts of off-center groups kids put themselves in. the only difference is juggalos got their name from a band, and they tend to listen to that group and others of the same record label. although the music would offend most, it can be quite hysterical lyrically, and the beats are nice and of quality sound. not your typical "corny white boy rap". the kids wear the face paint because the band members wear face paint. that simple. it's clown makeup. wicked clowns, but clowns nonetheless. most of the kids tend to be the type that get made fun of in school and rejected by their peers, this gives them common ground with each other, and adopting the face paint themselves gives them a sort of mask and helps them become more relaxed and comfortable with themselves and others.

after reading this thread, if what you say is true and milford police classify all "juggalos" as members of a gang, then it would seem that milford pd is as much a real police department as these kids are real gang members. completely laughable.

http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=juggalo

#1 definition and look at the others they all say the same thing basically

Juggalo

Confused individuals that are a product of the break down of the white middle class/lower class family, hero worship, and the emasculatory expectations of society. Usually characterized as indolent, witless, overly self-glorifying, and speak a lot of s**t about anyone but are never concerned about backing it up because they won't. All these traits are an attempt for a cohesive group structure that accepts them and will tolerate their unfounded angst/effeminate banter or actions. A purely American occurance that is a scourge on par with Chavs and Wiggers.

just because 7 people claim they are in a gang called juggalo's doesn't make it a gang, any more than some moron claiming they're in the Hells Angels

Sorry to be obscure; that was just a joke in reference to a SNL skit from the 80's...........with John Belushi, Dan Ackroyd, Chevy Chase, and Garrett Morris.

Why don't we just say for the sake of saying it that they aren't a gang or a posse or a club or whatever.  Let's just say that they are trouble makers.  And, like all trouble makers eventually the law comes down on them.  Milford is way too small a town to start trouble in so it will only be a matter of time before they are caught.  There are many eyes watching what goes on in Milford and they aren't necessarily eyes of the law...

You can try contacting the local and state police and ask them not to classify them as a gang.

if all juggalo's aren't bad apples why not just say they are a group that follows ICP instead of calling them a gang anyone can say i belong to __________ gang and start a myspace page that don't mean their a gang 7 people claim to be juggalos in your post with references across the country

I remember the band from when I was in school. Unfortunately the followers that I speak of can't seem to decipher reality from fantasy. Not all Juggalos are criminals. I do think this is a small percent of Juggalos that are the bad people. Juggalo or not, they would probably be criminals anyway. One bad apple ........

But with that said, you have to acknowledge that Delaware considers Juggalos a gang, and if a parent, child or any person is not aware of this and someone decides to become one they will be considered a gang member. Criminal activity or not.

this is Milford not Harrington, did you talk to the Milford police department, did you even look at the myspace site and watch the video, the site is set up by a 19 year old male, the video doesn't show one high school aged person real gangbangers dont plaster there faces all over the net so the police can know who they are, kids that listen to ICP have always been known as Juggalos as far back as 1999 -  10 years ago at Woodstock II.

I spoke with Harrington Police Dept. They told me they know of this group and they consider them a gang. They are aware of the happenings at the school.

I don't want anyone to get the idea this has something to do with that hoax regarding milford walmart.

Our daughter graduated from Milford last year, there are wanna be's tagging buildings with spary paint and such but certainly not any "gangs" in the true sense of the meaning.

I had never heard of them until reading your post.

Apparently,Juggalos are fans of the Insane Clown Posse, a rap duo who exploit the economic/social problems of thier fans.

My son goes to Lake Forest. I was curious to know if Milford is having a problem with a group called the Juggalos? At lake kids are getting in trouble for showing gang signs to each other. This group asked my son to join. He swears they are not a gang, however they certainly seem like one to me please read the following news articles from other states:

In February 2007, Colorado teenager Bryan Grove, who identified himself as a Juggalo, stabbed his girlfriend's mother to death and was arrested. His girlfriend Tess Damm, also a juggalette, and two of their friends have also been arrested in connection with the murder.[16]

In May 2008, arson was committed on a Spanaway, Washington house. During an investigation, the police discovered vandals had broken into the back entrance of the house, walls were kicked in and had Juggalo-related graffiti. The house had just been sold the previous weekend to a family whose husband was being redeployed to Iraq.[17]

On July 30, 2008 in Salt Lake City, two men attacked a teenager with a medieval battle ax. Deputies identified jewelry dropped by the attackers as being associated with Juggalos.[18] During a recent Utah Gang Conference, law enforcers said they now classified Juggalos as a gang because of a continued pattern of criminal activity.[18]

On September 4, 2008 in West Jordan, Utah, a group of men indentifying themselves as Juggalos threatened to kill two deputies with bats and golf clubs in a church parking lot, proclaiming, "No one f**ks with the Juggalos".[19]

On September 9, 2008 in West Valley City, Utah, two men with clown painted faces were arrested in an attempted kidnapping of a young boy. Police estimate there are between 3,000 and 4,000 Juggalos in Utah, 15 percent of them are associated with criminal activity.[20]

On February 4, 2009 in Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania, two male youths, Ian Seagraves and Shawn Freemore, who identified themselves as Juggalos on their MySpace pages, stabbed 21 year old Michael Goucher 45 times, killing him in a premeditated attack and burying his body under snow in the Pocono woods.[21]
