COME HOME!

I remember a time when music was special and magical. A time when gear was made really well. Musicians played for the love of the craft not the money. sometimes those magic moments happened and we'd try to capture them on cheesey boom boxes or what ever we had to record with but never getting the quality on tape. hey, we tryed and listened through all the hiss/white noise lol!

today is a good time to be a player but the good tools are costly and the heart towards music seems to have changed a bit. most of the good players are still there you just don't hear about them to offen. most are independent lables. Who wants to deal with the big lables? who wants to make only 6 to 9 cents out of every dollar made? i rather play for free than ever be signed by one of them , even if i was good enough to be.

bussiness is just as evil today as it was back in the day.

Dave, i like any player that plays a instrument well. roy clark was one of my favorites when i was young, glen campbell was another. I like alot of good country music and theres a lot of what you've posted i didn't  my favorite style of music is blues and blues based rock. late 60s early 70s is what i grew up on. and i watched hee hall back then too. my dad like it so we all watched it.  nothing like hearing a banjo played well and roy was one of the best pickers! George straight is kick butt too!

Rule violations got him banned a while back. Once your banned that obviously means your not allowed back. He was banned 3 more times just today. I think hes going for a world record on being banned.

Boy you sure know all the technicalities of the rules.  Of course you can prove what you claim and are prepared to swear under oath to the fact that it was bluesman posting under aliases. Seems to me the real bully is the person using multiple names posting in here and in the Cambridge, MD forum with the same message using different names.  The lack of self control on your part is evident by the fact that 2 polls were created in Cambridge MD about the trolls who are still ruining their forum, not bluesman who hadn't posted until he joined under his real name over the weekend .

Nothing like ruining a good thread

the zapper took them off because they were spam.

You had to report them to be taken off...isn't that nice, someone wants to share their talent for others to enjoy instead of the childish crap. SSDD nothing changes

there you go assuming things and blaming others. you know nothing.

Program a drum Rhythm machine. It only eats once and doesn't drink or do drugs. and is alway on time "double message":D

programing is tedious but the results are very good quality. It took me 3 dayz to learn how to program it. and i mean dayz and into the night. Here's the second recording i did with it. pink floyd's comfortably numb. Yes! it is possible to be a one man band. this is me.  hey! take a music break from all the issues.
