| You should probably call the Nebraska Department of motor vehicles.

Who does one call when there are street lights out or blinking?
One would think it would be the offices of the City of Milford, right?
So which one do I call... the one downtown or the one on Airport Road?
And when I do call, will I be talking to a computer or a real person?
(I'm so bored)
