Let's see, we cut employees pay, increase taxes, cut back on mowing, and etc. Would this be a good time to STOP SPENDING? How many more projects including government health care can you add to the deficit?

2nd  in the nation per capita spending by state government. Afraid to confront labor unions and make government smaller. Afraid to eliminate the prevailing wage law concerning state building projects (schools and municipal buildings). Afraid to cut the waste at DNREC, Del-Dot, and DOE. Raise taxes, not make cuts! Way to go boys and girls!;)
