BLADES – The town of Blades council meeting on Monday, Dec. 8 will begin at 7:30 p.m., following a public hearing on the Community Development Block Grant application.
The public hearing with the Delaware Housing Authority regarding information on the application will begin at 7 p.m., Blades town administrator Vikki Prettyman said.
