Not a piece of realestate I would want to invest in... That little problem was fixed when they installed the new road and overflow for the lake. The one that washed out had to be manually opened and closed. The one there now just has to be overflowed to work. When that storm blew through here, a couple of Smyrna's firefighters risked all to open the gates to try to save the road (S Main and Rt13) and sub shop, but it was too little too late. Biggest danger there now is driving into the spillway. I'd build on the other side of the spillway just to get the extra parking, that point is just too restrictrive to make it convenient to go there.
