Also, how does one "own" a band? Does he keep his band mates in the garage with all the equipment until it's time to use them?

Sorry, but I should have been more specific.  I was referring to the lawn work, tree trimming, and the tree removal.  You spoke in general terms and not knowing the extent of your tree or landscaping I replied in general terms.  I was not being sarcastic. I am unsure of what "johnny on the spot" refers to.  And you are correct.  I AM a jack of all trades and the master of none, but I am a dillitant in all other things. My humble apologies if I offended.
Oh Boy Bix, Where have you been living, aren't you allowed out of the mansion?  A Johnny on the Spot is a Portable Toilet

Well, at least he is apologetic, so give him credit for that.  But where I come from they call them sh*t-shacks or in the service we called them honey-pots.

For some of the less complicated or menial tasks, there are high school or college students who wouldn't mind the work.  Good luck.

Delaware Lawn & Tree Service is  great for landscaping and tree work. Based out of Bear but they are a great family business. I used them often when I lived in Newark and have used them several times since moving to Clayton. Great work, fair prices.

B&M Septic had the best prices for portable toilets when I needed one a few months ago. I think it was $85 for the weekend.

Try Craigs List for bands/DJ's, just make sure they are willing to audition. Another route is to call local bars that blues music and ask for recomendations.

Dj = Tom Sullivan Smyrna from the  fire house

Blues =  I have heard that the Smyrna PD has a Blues singer or a member.

Lawn & Landscaper = A1 Kevin's or Paulish

Tents and more = Dover rent all and maybe bid master.

Table and Chairs = Maybe the local fire company.

Portable Toilets= Tom Horn Honey Dipper

Trees = Allen's but very pricey, Honeycomb Tree, Timber Wolf, Delaware Tree and then you have the Town's Tree contractor Delmarva Tree out of all of the Tree companies I listed it would be Allen's or Delmarva Tree  because I have had used both of them but one was more cheaper you can figure out which one it was. Just get estimates first.
