This is absoutely ridiclious. If you dont like the bar....then simple solution....DONT GO THERE. so go home, grab a book sit under your light lock your doors and dont venture out in the world anymore...i mean seriously how can you drive your car when theres thousands of bikers and club members on the road.....   i guess i better not go to food lion because sometimes theres moose members there. You people amuse me

I am hoping that you all are planning to be at the sport zone place tomorow night for bike nite!!   Guarantee lots of fun for al who come.  We don't care if you ride or come in cars or walk -- come, look at the bikes, meet some people outside your usual ring of comfort and go home happier because you did it.  Some of us might evben buy you a beer.   Or might not.  Take a chance!

Well I have to say I was down to Sport Zone and I didn't like all the gangs myself. And this is not the Lady this is the Tramp. We both ride H/D's and go to a lot of the bike nights as well as Union Tavern, And in BOLD print it says No Colors or Clubs of any kind. But the only thing that bothers me is it is a double sided coin what I am getting ready say: A Vietnam Veteran had a jacket on at the Sports Zone and had to use the bathroom and he was told NO he could not go inside with his vest on because it is not Colors or Clubs allowed inside. But it was OK for him to fight for us to be able to have Bike Night that really rubbed me the wrong way. But it is a form of a gang though. So if you do for one club you must do for all. SO go ahead post of your negative comments about me now.

I imagine her hubby would have been on another rescue mission if she'd been there.

I have taken my family up there before.  No issues with being there.  Now that my husband and I ride, we've gone up for bike night.  Been to other bike nights in other places.  I still don't see the gangs that were reported, although there are clubs and individuals there.  Some of the clubs are LEOs.  Some are vets.   Many of them are the same faces I see on bike runs that raise money for the Special Olympics, our troops, children with cancer or other life-threatening illnesses and other charities and groups.   They're the same average, everyday people you see at work, in WaWa,  at a diner or at Walmart.  Nothing to be scared of.

Our dog that won biggest dog is a Great Dane. She happened to lay down right when the picture was taken and she's behind the girl kneeling in front. She's much bigger than my Shepherd is, almost a foot taller and 40lbs heavier.

The Shepherd doesn't do any tricks, aside from fetch the paper off the driveway for me. His training is more high level obedience, agility, and other things that require a strong, well rounded dog.

Thank you Someone, Their is a Big difference between a Club and Gang.

Here it is for your own eyes to feast on, I know you will have a negative comment anyway. But I will say this is my last post on this matter because it is clearly all you people want to do is argue. The definitions are from the Webster Dictionary.

gang

1.
group of troublemaking  people: a group of  people who spend time together for social reasons and may engage in delinquent behavior

2.
group of criminals: a group of people who work together for some criminal or antisocial purpose

club

3.
association for pursuing common interest: an association of people with a common interest

  • a gardening club
    4.
nations sharing something: a group of nations or people who have a particular thing in common

BillyHoliday, You don't think kids like to see Motorcycles too.It is a family restaurant not just a BAR. So here again someone with their TRAP open and don't know what sauce they are dipping in to.So it is not like I took kids to a strip joint to see motorcycles.Next time you are the Sports Zone look at the walls it is mostly kids doing sports from the Smyrna area.Just like Hooters in New Castle it is a restaurant and they have bike night like Smyrna does. But no GANGS or CLUBS of any kind allowed inside or in the parking lot at all.Stop the trouble before it starts.

slow n easy's post from July 1 at 11:26 PM:    I have never been so afraid in my life as I was Thursday night. When I took my daughter and three of her friends to dinner. We went to the Sports Zone and their was Pegans and Thunder Guards along with two or three other motorcycle gangs. I will never go back to that place again. They were dirty and nasty staring at us. I had to call my husband to come get us I was to afraid to go out to my car. Because I would had to walk past them since they were all huddle around a table in the parking lot. I hate to be the one to break the news to the Town and the Sports Zone people like that will cause that place to go out of business. Yes I took them their knowing it was bike night they wanted to see all the bikes. But if I would had known that kind of activity was going on I would had never went their. And their was no Police on site. As Travis Triitt said :::::::::: T R O U B L E

slow n easy seems to have changed positions from the original post that started this thread.   Those bad-boy motorcycle gangs that she found so threatening on Thursday (bike night) at the Sports Zone have now been transformed to clubs of men that fought for America.

You don't comprehend sarcasm do you? Talk about stupid. I completely understand who the riders were that were there. I was making a joke, which went over your head as I expected.

As far as my "K9" goes, think what you want. I know what he's been trained for and I know what he's capable of doing, and that's all that matters.

You can call me stupid all you want. At least I can spell and write a properly formed sentence. You work in the high school? Sad... you must be the custodian. Wait, that's an insult to the custodians.

you have got to kidding.  I am a bartender at another local establishment, and I get quite a few of those guys myself, especialy the thunder gaurds. And I must say they are some of the nicest people you'll meet. if given a chance. I would also like to add that the majority of bikers there, have done some sort of ride to benifit charity. toys for tots being a huge one.

What a hypocrite you are lady. If they had not had thier jackets on with the club names you would have just thought they where anyone else. Then to say they were dirty, give me a break, I have been there on bike night and seen them and they have always been polite and far from dirty.

It was bike night, what did you expect? Go to ANY bike night and you'll have Pagans and other clubs. You mind your own business, they won't bug you. They are there to have a good time just like everyone else.

What were they doing that would require police to be there? Having some food, a drink, talking with their friends? What do you think they'd do if you walked by them, attack you?

Now because there were bikers there on Bike Night, you won't go back there on another night to eat? Pretty closed minded, but your choice...
