Damn ryan , lets see here ! I believe Peter has out of state business partners and friends too!

Friends that don't use him as a cash cow heh heh heh

Is it true that you are living with him now , moved from the hotel I see.

Now maybe someone filed a complaint and Glenn and the other officer were being assisted by the state police because a conflict of interest issue.

No No I know a party is being planned

Interesting observation about the identity of the painter, but I have to say that I'm now at a complete loss as to the identity of the 'fatass' who got run out of town.

A higher authority than those in power behind the scenes in Cheswold (Where the real power is)?    Certainly you are joking with us --- what higher mortal authority is there?

LOL --- Helen seems to have forgotten already that she was told this in the cheswold forum on Nov. 30, 2006:  "You ... have completely alienated those in power behind the scenes in Cheswold (Where the real power is)."

Helen - clearly you understand absolutely nothing.  Gordo's Mr. Ryan is special - the usual rules and requirements do not apply where he is concerned. How come you have not been able to figure this out yet?

well if ryan moved back he has to pay the town taxes , and if he bought his old place back transfer fees and all that stuff applies,

Doesn't the town of Cheswold have those stickers that motor v  has for Mobile homes , then there is the inspection before the home can be occupied.

Didn't I hear some where the town doesn't have to comply with  the grandfather clause  when it comes to Mobile home parks ?

Stick with the bitching.

Not sure what fact I was contradicting. You saying that the contract did have an end date? Not my understanding. Here is an excerpt from an Jan 8 article online at Fosters.com:

...Ryan's contract, according to Lessard, does not have an end date. If he is dismissed, it needs to be with cause. Ryan's starting salary is $55,000.

You can click on the link below if you would like to read the love letter that preceded that remark.

performance should not be used as guidance for future results.    Each case is unique, and the Ryan v town case is much different.   The town will prevail in that case, hands down, thus the Ryan team offer to the town for a settlement.

Some people (non-residents of cheswold) are wishing that there was pari-mutuel betting permitted on the Ryan case.    The town residents have already placed their bets.   Some of those bets were taken under mis-management by the 2005 town council.
