  • None of my business.  So why are you going on about it?
  • I and everybody else who uses cheswoold post office has to see that, everybody who glances that direction sees it. Lovely you are so concerned about what others "have to see", but you are the only one taking shots here. 'Glance' the other way, as it is not your business (your words)
  • I am certain town police and elected officials see it to. So what?
  • There is a house on the other side of the post office that has to see it.  So what? Unless that is YOUR house, why do you care?
  • Junk yark in the middle of town usually are not a permitted use. Your perception of "Junk yark (?)" is what? People's vehicles? Usually? Pray tell, what and when are the circumstances where your idea of junk is allowed in Cheswold? You sound an awful lot like Smyrna's Schaeffer, who went after HIS neighbors boat, calling it junk?
People have the right to have their property, and once you start infringing on home owner's rights you are in difficult territory. Who are YOU to tell others what to have in their yards?  Please cite specific Cheswold Charter where this is considered an offense that the police need be involved. Thanks

Speaking of trash talk - does anybody know why the house between the post office and the railroad track is allowed to have so much trash in the yard?  A couple of cars, a motorcycle, a small open trailer filled with household trash, junk scattered all over the yard - whats up with that?  The town hall is almost across the street - does the town not have any laws concerning that kind of nuisance?  Somebody shold be ordered to clean that up without delay.

Painter sent you a pm on how

Gordo working to help ryum ?

No if he put his eggs in on basket rather then under his mattress , he may not be cash rich.

He did have to pay medical bills he claimmed , trust me his money didn't all go to the bank and then there was a rumored pay back to Mr Daiko's.

The credit card advances and the beat goes on , I my self have spent at least 200,000 bucks in the last two years so how rich do you think he is after all the pay backs? He may have a little nest egg but with the banking situation today it woon't last.

I have really been wondering what Painter looked like and my mental image was just like the photo, Helen.  I believe I saw him walking from the liquor store into Mrs. Strimel's trailer park on Tuesday.  Does he live there?

Painter you keep following doc's orders and the job will come when needed

Yea I see the armed CIA's, FBI's and NSA"s  hanging out in town. Just the other day a truck load of Patriots from Texas where brought in and moved in to the Fire House and the secured meeting area  for all the agents is across 42 between the storge business and next to the church and on the side of the dog training area

Helen, of the two businesses you mention, one appears to be a housing development in North Wales, PA and the other an investment firm in West Conshohocken, PA. Perhaps one of them could be persuaded to purchase the former sight of the Wawa market in Cheswold. I understand it is deed restricted against use as a gas station or convenience store, and I'm fairly certain that these prospective establishments aren't involved in either.

Just because the HOA's say no doesn't mean they have the final word.
If it is a town law the HOAs have to comply private property or not.
Cheswold should do all they can for Global warming, and making the world more greener.

The Goo lagon will be planing a greener Developmet

Well painter you need to put your bids in writing to the town before for the next full moon.

To keep it green use the native trees , that are in the area .

If you win with your bid you have to get permits for each one you install .

Helen here now there is one mighty fine idea!!!     I am wondering how come it took you so long to come up with this gem, but everybody should be thanking you.     Individuals will be saving on their electric bills, the country will be importing less foreign oil, and the enviroment will not be suffering.    I believe that you should win the mayor's prize -- whatever that is.     Maybe his resignation.

According some powers that be,  behind the scenes. There will be a new ordnance put on the books . This will be a retroactive ordnance.

All Homes in the town of Cheswold must place a Solar laundry device and or accessory on their premises.

This is mandatory !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Now it is no more
The keepers of the town knock down the building
nothing left, not even a floor

With new buildings in their eyes
Plans to make the town to rise

who knew he was lying
The Butcher, the baker and the candle stick maker?

Nah just the mayor
But he didn't care
A oath was taken
But he was fakin

Money well over a million
Spent just to name a shack
