You know this is trash talk place , it's ok to to say as you feel.
Miss Witch Lady will surly take nothing to heart.
I have it from a good source she will return at the end of tax season and play her slam game once more.

Ahem.
'Twas the week before Christmas
And it's surely a bit**
To hear hardly a peep
From Cheswold's fairest witch
The stockings are hung
At the firehouse with care
To be filled with striped candy
Redder than Helen's hair
And the town is aslumber
All upon their wee beds
As they dream of the Wawa
And its premium blends
Or are some into mischief?
For surely some they may be
Ma will scowl with her kerchief
And words none too kindly
Then the hair on my neck stood
And my nose it got itchy
Well thundering Jesus!
It must be Cheswold's witchy
So I peaked through the blinds
And the bullet proof glass
Sure as a bear s**ts in the woods
There sped the red headed lass
'On Ryan, on Gordo
TBYM and the Greek
There's a s**tload to do
In just under a week!
On White Knight, Protector
On Painter and Barney
Spare Cheswold d**nation
And the rest of us blarney
Now for the sternest of souls
That would be a really tall order
But then lest we forget
Walmart's right on the border
The witch takes it in stride
Sure to few will she vent
For there'll be bigger fish to fry
All around County Kent
So she'll slip down each chimney
Both here and abroad
Leaving goodwill and wisdom
And a free Wawa card
Then we'll hear her exclaim
In a wondrous rhyme...
'Merry Christmas, my ass,
I'm taking off 'til tax time!'

Well the democrats are resting from the elections , and the republicans are resting from the fashion show last night.
Maybe both of them spent there entrainment quota for the month and so they have cut down on computer time to make the money for heating and gas this winter.
As it looks neither one has a fast solution to the world's economic problems
Time to take a lesson from the Amish.Get out your oil lamps and candles

| Helen -- given the nearly complete absence of posting on this forum, one might believe that there has been a blanket of silence imposed on it. Is everybody out of town, or is something else going on??

Is there a computer outage in Cheswold ?
Has Verizon cut all communication in the town, or has ryan put a gag order on the town because of information he does not want out. According to some he is the man of unbelievable intelligent and power too!

| Speaking of trash talk who ever heard of a "town" that did not provide trash removal for its residents? Only Cheswold, Delaware. That is un-American. The whole town needs to be hauled to the trash dump.

Painter because of the resent news reports, you can be assure the owners of and the town's code enforcers are on the top of things.
Unless an" ACT OF GOD " or any other religion belief you may have occurs beyond the control of human hands and minds. You can rest assuringly knowing you are safe.
gnomer o ryan will be on the job

I don't know who the hell you are but your lack of factual information is amazing. Peter is only the equitable owner of that property. He has no say in what is done with it. Blanton's old park is going to be sold to someone else and the present owner will not have a chance to deny the sale.

Now here the place for this:
The owners of Blanton Mobile Home Park ( though not as priesting as Mrs. Strimel ) and does need work to bring it up to par, has gotten a rash of phone calls to the county code enforcement office since the plus report of Diakos property made it clear what their intentions were.
Now why am I am concern? my opinion is this:
Blanton Mobile home park is next the Diakos Property
Diakos has only one drive way , there is no way at this time can Parkers Runn connect to the property with out having to deal with wet land issues
There is a plan to have at last count 83 homes in 12 acre. the project needs ( Blanton's land ) The owners of Blanton at this time refuse to deal with Diakos and refuse to allow the use of their so this could be a reason for most of the calls. They want to cost the man money to the point he wants to sell.
If I were the owners of Blanton's I would stop him with all I had . to the point of donating the land and put in the deed that it could never be sold to some who wants to do what is needed in the plus reports ( don not allow them to have stub roads don't allow right aways on their drive way

| You better get a permit from both the town and the county and then because you will only have built to the middle of the ditch where the property line is to place it please put lighting at the end of your trestles Last edited on Wed Aug 8th, 2007 07:10 pm by Helen here

Someone you need to know the ditch switches ownership !
Seems in the past it belongs to one person until the adjacent land owner wanted to change something on theirs and there is a chance of getting something done free if a claim is made
